HAMBURG (Reuters) – A German courtroom on Monday dominated in favour of an environmental NGO’s lawsuit towards the federal motor authority for releasing automobiles with software program on exhaust fuel recirculation it argues is prohibited, in a judgement which may result in a wave of remembers.
