1win has launched trading for its Solana-based $1WIN token on Meteora after a two-week public sale attracted $61 million in USDC commitments from more than 6,100 participants.

Summary
  • Public sale commitments reached $61 million against a $3.9 million token allocation.
  • Participants receive tokens proportionally, with unused USDC returned when they claim their allocations.
  • Approximately 267 million tokens unlock at launch out of a fixed one-billion-token supply.
  • Gaming revenue will fund buybacks, while supported platform spending will trigger token burns.

According to 1win’s Nov. 3 announcement shared with crypto.news, the sale offered 130 million tokens at $0.03 USDC each and finished 15.647 times oversubscribed. Trading is now available through Meteora, a decentralized liquidity protocol on Solana.

The company’s figures put the value of the public allocation at $3.9 million. Commitments exceeded that amount by approximately $57.12 million, which is due back to participants through the sale’s refund mechanism. The $61 million figure represents total commitments, including funds that will be returned.

$1WIN sale allocates tokens proportionally

Under the sale structure described by 1win, each participant receives a portion of the 130 million tokens based on their share of total USDC commitments. Allocation depended on the amount contributed relative to the pool, without giving priority to the earliest deposits.

Using the announced totals, approximately 6.39% of each commitment would go toward buying tokens, with the remaining 93.61% returned. A participant who committed $1,000 would therefore receive roughly 2,130 tokens for $63.91, alongside a refund of approximately $936.09, before any rounding adjustments.

At the public sale price, the fixed one-billion-token supply carries an implied fully diluted valuation of $30 million. The public allocation accounts for 13% of that supply. Both calculations use the sale price of $0.03, which is separate from the price available through live trading.

Participants can claim their allocations through the Claim section of the token website using the same Solana wallet they connected during the sale, according to the announcement.

Claiming requires approval of a wallet transaction and a small SOL balance to cover the network fee. Allocated tokens and unused USDC are returned to the same wallet once the transaction is confirmed.

Meteora trading follows the public distribution

As a native Solana SPL token, $1WIN works with compatible Solana wallets and decentralized trading infrastructure. The company said the Meteora launch draws on tokens designated for liquidity in its allocation plan.

In a separate listing announcement, the project confirmed that $1WIN was live on Meteora and published its official token contract address. Its instructions tell users to review slippage and price impact before approving a swap.

Based on the release’s reference to the 1win Token Litepaper, approximately 267 million tokens become unlocked at the token generation event, equivalent to 26.7% of total supply. The company said no additional tokens will be minted after the event.

Public sale participants whose tokens do not appear automatically in their wallets may need to import the token manually. The company directs them to the contract address published through its official channels.

Gaming revenue will fund $1WIN buybacks

The token’s planned buybacks will use revenue from 1win’s gaming business to purchase $1WIN on the open market, according to the announcement. The company said the purchases will be funded through operating revenue, without drawing on its token reserves.

A separate mechanism will permanently burn 10% of $1WIN spent through supported platform products. The first burn is scheduled for 30 days after the token generation event, with transactions intended to be visible through an on-chain dashboard.

The company describes $1WIN as a utility and rewards token for its existing entertainment platform. Founded in 2016, 1win says it serves 100 million registered players across international markets and generates gaming revenue independently of the token.

Earlier this year, the platform introduced cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals across multiple blockchains. Wallet authentication through Trust Wallet, MetaMask and WalletConnect lets users register, sign in and deposit through a connected wallet, the company said.

Security reviews cover token, sale and burn contracts

Ahead of the public sale and launch, CertiK and Halborn conducted independent security assessments of the Solana smart contracts supporting the ecosystem, according to 1win. The assessments covered token, sale, and burn functionality.

Qualifying sale participants were eligible for additional tickets in the company’s Lucky Drive promotion. Each full $100 spent on $1WIN earned an extra ticket, subject to a combined maximum of 32 tickets per user, including tickets earned through regular participation.

Tickets are scheduled to be credited ahead of the Nov. 15 draw, whose top prize is a Lamborghini Urus.
