From September 18 to September 24, 2026, Dexsport is running "9,999 Ways to Win" – a 7-day Endorphina tournament with a €100,000 prize pool, spread across a leaderboard deep enough that consistency counts as much as luck.
The mechanic is called Cumulative Win Multiplier: every winning spin on an eligible slot earns you points based on how big that win was relative to your bet – not the raw cash amount, the multiplier.
How points are calculated:
Bet €1, win €10 → 1,000 points
Bet €1, win €20 → 2,000 points
Total after both spins: 3,000 points
The higher your win multiplier, the more points you earn per spin – which means a well-timed big hit on a volatile slot can move you up the board faster than a string of small wins.
