Further Asset Management, an Abu Dhabi-based asset manager, is using @chainlink to automate compliance checks on tokenized asset trades. The firm (@further) has built Chainlink's Automated Compliance Engine (ACE) into Anubis, a platform that turns financial regulation into machine-readable rules. $LINK is the token associated with the Chainlink network.
Chainlink Labs announced the adoption on October 27, 2026.Initial deployment focuses on compliance within Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), the UAE capital's international financial center, with workflows designed to support applicable Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) requirements.
How the compliance checks work
ACE evaluates digital asset transactions and applies configured policies against ADGM-defined rules before execution. In practice, a tokenized trade is screened before it settles rather than reviewed afterwards.
Anubis implements rule sets covering FSRA's digital asset requirements for issuance, KYC, AML, ownership, trading, custody, and sanctions compliance.Through ACE, the platform translates regulatory requirements into institutional controls governing who can hold and transact tokenized assets.
Chainlink's release says Further chose ACE for consistent policy application, traceable compliance decisions, and flexible controls as regulatory requirements and institutional needs evolve. That flexibility matters for compliance teams, which can update rule sets without rewriting the underlying token code.
Part of a wider Abu Dhabi push
The deal builds on existing ties between Chainlink and Abu Dhabi's financial center. Chainlink and ADGM signed a cooperation agreement on March 24, 2025, to develop blockchain standards and explore new tokenization frameworks. The aim was to help businesses tokenize assets such as real estate, securities, and commodities while meeting international regulatory guidelines.
For institutions, the appeal of rule-based automation is that tokenized markets can apply jurisdiction-specific controls at the moment of trade. Anubis is described in Chainlink's release as Further's contribution to the infrastructure needed to advance institutional tokenization in the UAE.
Further has also been active in digital assets more broadly. In December 2025, 3iQ and Further Asset Management launched the Further x 3iQ Alpha Digital fund, a market-neutral, multi-strategy hedge fund seeded with US$100 million.
