CasiTrades (@CasiTrades), a well-respected analyst on X, has outlined a potential bullish scenario for XRP.

XRP traded near $1.32 at the time of the analysis, after pulling back from resistance at $1.65. This pattern could define the asset’s trajectory for months.

The 4-hour chart structure has attracted technical traders. The waves and levels shown on her chart suggest that a decisive moment is imminent.

The Setup CasiTrades Has Been Watching

CasiTrades identifies the recent price action as a Wave 2 correction following what she labels a completed Wave 1 impulse that bottomed near $0.94. The rally to $1.65 marked Wave 3 territory, and XRP has since rejected that level multiple times. She notes that “the bearish structure had been building for weeks” before the current pullback accelerated.

The chart shows XRP has invalidated the final Wave 4 push and now sits at the local 0.5 retracement. The two key support zones are $1.26 and $1.10, which correspond to the 0.618 and 0.786 Fibonacci levels. CasiTrades states that a hold at either level “would strengthen the new-trend count.”

RSI Signals

The RSI reading sits at 32.60 on the 4-hour chart, showing deeply oversold conditions. CasiTrades notes that momentum reached the most recent low “with extreme strength” and is now cooling. She sees this as a setup for a potential bullish divergence on the next wave down.

The RSI triangle visible on the chart reinforces this thesis. Momentum compression alongside price compression is a pattern CasiTrades is actively monitoring.

The Line in the Sand

CasiTrades is clear about the $0.98 level as the one that changes everything. She calls it “the line in the sand.” A close below that level would invalidate the new-trend count entirely and bring $0.87 back into play. She adds that such a move could delay “the larger bullish move by months.”

Above $0.98, the structure remains intact for what she describes as a potentially massive Wave 3 if XRP holds either key support and confirms the correction is complete.

How to Position Now

CasiTrades advises against emotional decision-making at this stage. Her guidance is to “ladder buys at the fib targets.” Rather than trying to call the exact bottom, she recommends scaling into positions at $1.26 and $1.10 if price reaches those levels.

She describes this wave as “one of the BEST waves to ladder into” if XRP is truly in a new macro trend. The correction is not a reason for concern. It is the opportunity the setup requires.
