Key Insights:
- ASST stock price could gain momentum as Strive expands its Bitcoin holdings to 36,818 BTC, worth approximately $3 billion.
- Strive acquired 4,045 BTC for roughly $335 million at an average price of $82,803, increasing its holdings by 12.3% in one week.
- The company expects $630 million in SATS IPO proceeds, while its traditional warrants have expired and its 18-month dividend reserve remains in place.
ASST stock price has a new $56 Wall Street target after Strive disclosed on October 19, 2026, that its Bitcoin holdings had reached 36,818 BTC following purchases worth approximately $335 million over five days.
The latest SEC filing places the company’s Bitcoin treasury at roughly $3 billion, putting its rapid accumulation strategy under a fresh spotlight. Crypto’s suit-and-tie era is no longer defined simply by traditional financial firms buying digital assets.
It is also taking shape through public companies that use equity, preferred securities and structured financing to build Bitcoin reserves. Strive’s latest figures capture that shift.
Its investment case now depends not only on how much Bitcoin it owns, but also on how it finances those holdings and what remains for common shareholders after dilution and financing costs.
ASST Stock Price Gets a $56 Target
TD Cowen raised its price target on Strive from $44 to $56 on October 16. Analysts Lance Vitanza and Jonnathan Navarrete cited a pace of Bitcoin accumulation that had exceeded their forecast for the entire fourth quarter. Their previous estimate called for Strive to add 4,750 BTC during the period.
The revised target represents a roughly 27% increase from the former $44 benchmark. It remains an analyst valuation, not a guaranteed trading level.

The disconnect between an upgraded target and a weaker share price shows why a growing Bitcoin treasury does not automatically produce an immediate stock-market rally.
Bitcoin Treasuries’ post on X highlighted the price-target upgrade. The latest reporting from Strive chief executive Matt Cole, and the related AAStack post, also provide context for the latest accumulation update.
Strive (ASST) 4,045 BTC Added in Five Days
Strive’s October 19 filing shows that the company purchased 4,045 BTC between October 12 and October 16 at an average price of approximately $82,803 per coin, including fees and expenses.
The total includes 2,822 BTC acquired from October 12 to 13 and another 1,223 BTC purchased from October 14 to 16 at an average price of $81,734.

That lifted holdings from 32,773 BTC to 36,818 BTC in a week, an increase of about 12.3%. At a Bitcoin price near $82,000, the treasury would be worth roughly $3 billion before accounting for liabilities or other balance-sheet considerations.
At 36,818 BTC, every $10,000 change in Bitcoin’s market price shifts the gross value of Strive’s holdings by about $368 million.
That sensitivity gives the BTC price a substantial role in the company’s valuation, but the equity remains exposed to its own financing terms and share count.
Strive Funding Structure Is as Important as the Treasury
Strive (ASST) also reported $317.5 million in cash and cash equivalents as of October 16, alongside 505,000 shares of Strategy’s STRC preferred stock valued at approximately $49.35 million.
Its filing confirmed that all traditional warrants had been exercised or had expired by October 16, leaving none outstanding.
Warrant exercises generated approximately $369.2 million in gross proceeds, while effective common shares outstanding rose from about 110.4 million to 124.1 million.
The completed warrant process removes that particular overhang, but the additional common shares matter when investors assess Bitcoin exposure per share. TD Cowen’s analysts had flagged the effect of warrant-related dilution on Strive’s (ASST) Bitcoin yield.
Strive’s planned SATS preferred-stock offering adds another part to the equation. The company priced seven million shares at $90 each, estimating gross proceeds of $630 million before expenses.
In its official offering announcement, Strive said the offering was scheduled to settle on October 20, subject to customary closing conditions. The proceeds had not yet been received as of the dates in the October filing.
The SATS stock carries a 15% annual dividend rate on a stated value of $100 per share. Strive (ASST) also plans to reserve an amount equivalent to the first 18 months of dividend payments.
The company may use net proceeds for Bitcoin purchases, working capital, income-generating assets, and other corporate purposes. The money is therefore not exclusively earmarked for Bitcoin.
September’s Purchases Set the Pace for ASST Stock Price
The latest balance looks even more striking beside Strive’s September milestones. On September 14, The Coin Republic reported that Strive had reached 25,000 BTC after buying 469 BTC for $36.6 million. ASST stock rose about 3% that day.
A week later, its September 21 report covered another 1,355 BTC purchase worth $107.7 million, which lifted the total to 26,355 BTC. The report said ASST closed at $30.09, up 6.4%, after reaching an intraday high of $30.38.
Strive has since added another 10,463 BTC to that September 21 balance. The growth is substantial. However, the ASST stock price still reflects more than the number of coins on the balance sheet.
Bitcoin volatility, the cost of preferred financing, and the effect of share issuance all shape the value attributable to common shareholders.
