CleanCore Solutions has largely shifted its focus from a Dogecoin (DOGE)-oriented treasury strategy to artificial intelligence infrastructure. According to SEC filings, the company sold nearly all of its approximately 463 million DOGE tokens on July 20 for about $33.4 million.
The proceeds from the Dogecoin sale were used to fund CleanCore’s AI data center investments, while the company also completed a $100 million initial public offering (IPO). As a result of this transaction, the company’s outstanding shares increased by approximately 122%, reaching 502.1 million. Additionally, it is noted that further dilution for shareholders may occur if existing warrants are exercised in the future.
CleanCore announced in a shareholder update that approximately $140 million in project equity has been financed or committed for its AI data center campus in Minnesota. The company stated that this amount includes net proceeds from its recently completed $100 million stock offering and funds from the sale of its Dogecoin holdings.
The company announced that its agreement with Cerebras Systems for its Minnesota campus has a contract value of approximately $800 million over the first 10 years. It was stated that if all renewal options are exercised, the total contract value could exceed $3 billion.
CleanCore CEO Tyler Hassen said the completed funding will accelerate the realization of the Minnesota campus. Hassen noted that electrical infrastructure has become a significant bottleneck in AI computing capacity, and the company aims to develop data center infrastructure to address this need.
