Bank of America Expands AskGPS Platform

The AskGPS Intelligence Hub builds on the bank’s AskGPS system, which launched during 2025. That earlier platform provides institutional information to nearly 3,000 Global Payments Solutions employees. The latest expansion focuses on combining complex treasury information with client and account data.

Bank of America designed the hub to support faster preparation for client discussions. The platform brings relationship information, account structures, and other internal data into one environment. Therefore, employees can spend less time gathering information across separate internal systems.

The bank also wants employees to move faster from information gathering toward practical analysis. AskGPS already provides access to internal knowledge through a centralized assistant. However, the Intelligence Hub adds tools that organize data around specific client relationships and treasury requirements.

Treasury Management Tools Target Client Data

Bank of America plans to launch three initial Intelligence Hub capabilities in phases. Intelligent Treasury Management Reviews will combine client information, relationship activity, and account structures. Employees can then customize individual reviews before meeting clients about treasury operations.

Digital Account Schematics will provide visual representations of accounts and liquidity arrangements. The tool will include sweeps, multibank relationships, related services, and movement of funds. Consequently, employees can identify structural changes and prepare relevant discussion points more efficiently.

Enhanced Relationship Insights will analyze relevant product, activity, and client signals across the platform. The capability will highlight changing requirements, service gaps, and potential areas requiring further discussion. Bank employees will remain responsible for decisions and direct interactions with clients.

Bank of America Pushes Decision Ready Intelligence

The launch extends Bank of America’s broader effort to integrate automation across its payment services. Global Payments Solutions handles treasury, liquidity, payments, and related services for corporate clients. These operations generate large volumes of information across accounts, products, and international relationships.

Bank of America has increasingly used internal technology to organize that information for employees. AskGPS initially focused on providing trusted institutional knowledge through a centralized assistant. The Intelligence Hub now adds deeper client information and structured relationship analysis to that foundation.

The new capabilities also support Bank of America’s shift toward faster analysis within treasury services. Employees can use consolidated information to prepare more relevant discussions and identify changing client priorities. The rollout strengthens the bank’s broader push toward technology-supported decision making across Global Payments Solutions.
