$500 Million in Seven Weeks
@Binance bStocks, the exchange's tokenized securities product, has crossed $500 million in assets under management (AUM) just seven weeks after going live. Binance announced the milestone on July 29, 2026, confirming that the offering had surpassed $500 million in AUM since its launch. The pace of growth is difficult to ignore. Holdings stood at just $5.6 million on day one, and had already passed $100 million within two weeks of launch.
Since going live on June 11, 2026, the product has expanded from five tickers to more than 46 listings, giving eligible users 24/7 access to tokenized securities and free, instant conversion between a bStock and its underlying stock.bStocks are fully-backed tokenized securities representing select U.S. stocks, issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance Group affiliate.By issuing bStocks on BNB Chain, Binance is bolstering the network's position as a hub for tokenized real-world assets.
A New Kind of Equity Investor
The user data behind the numbers is what makes the milestone notable. bStocks is attracting a predominantly crypto-native audience, with 41.5% of users beginning their traditional finance investment journey through tokenized securities on Binance. Gen Z accounts for 44% of bStocks trading activity, making it the largest participating age group.
After U.S. markets close, bStocks account for 58% of equity-linked trading volume on Binance, and during the most recent weekend alone, the product recorded $2 billion in trading volume. That appetite for around-the-clock access reflects a broader shift. Today, 58.5% of bStocks holders also trade perpetual futures, direct equities, or all three, enabling users to manage multiple investment strategies within a single platform.
The trajectory points upward. Binance anticipates reaching $10 billion in AUM by the end of 2026. Whether or not that target is hit, the early numbers suggest tokenized equities are finding a genuine audience well beyond crypto insiders.
