New Asian Perps Join a Growing Derivatives Lineup
@binance Futures is expanding its stock-linked derivatives offering with the addition of perpetual contracts on Chinese tech giants Meituan and Kuaishou, alongside 2x daily trackers for South Korean chipmakers SK Hynix and Samsung. The contracts trade 24/7 with leverage of up to 20x, continuing a push into TradFi-linked products that began earlier this year.
The expansion builds on Binance's earlier move into derivatives tied to Korean semiconductor stocks. On June 2, the exchange listed SAMSUNGUSDT, SKHYNIXUSDT, and HYUNDAIUSDT, allowing traders to take leveraged positions of as much as 20 times on Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and Hyundai Motor.Binance later raised the maximum leverage on the Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix contracts to 50 times.
Alongside the new perps, Apple and IBM bStock dividends were distributed today, paid out in additional tokens, underscoring the product's aim to mirror traditional equity ownership as closely as possible.
bStocks Dominates Tokenized Equity DEX Volume
According to @BinanceResearch, bStocks captured around 85% of tokenized equity DEX volume in July, as the overall market jumped from roughly $2.9B to $8.8B. Independent data broadly supports the scale of that dominance. Binance's bStocks platform accounted for 83.3% of total on-chain trading volume, reaching $9.41 billion.
bStocks lets users trade tokenized versions of US stocks, issued as BEP-20 tokens on the BNB Smart Chain, with each token backed 1:1 by actual shares held with a regulated custodian.Binance confirmed that bStocks surpassed $500 million in assets under management seven weeks after launch, with the product expanding from five tickers to more than 46 listings since going live on June 11, 2026.
Much of July's volume was concentrated in a single instrument. A Binance token called QQQB, which tracks the Invesco QQQ exchange-traded fund, generated $9.27 billion on its own, making up about 82% of all tokenized-equity volume during the month.Binance's QQQB saw massive growth due to zero maker fees through August and a new VIP volume multiplier program introduced on July 23. The fee incentive is set to expire at the end of August, making the next few months a key test of whether organic demand can sustain the momentum.
