Binance's tokenised equities platform @bstocksfinance has passed $1 billion in assets under management, less than four months after it launched. The exchange said the figure is based on Dune Research onchain data as of Oct. 15, according to Yahoo Finance's syndicated Unchained report.
From five listings to nearly 100
The tokens went live on June 11, 2026, with five listings. Crypto Daily reported that the exchange now offers nearly 100, covering U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs. Each token is backed 1:1 by the underlying security and can be redeemed for the security itself rather than its cash value.
Binance said cumulative trading volume has topped $40 billion since launch, an average of more than $300 million a day. Users have also moved $6 billion between direct stock positions and bStocks at 1:1 parity, per the same report. The tokens trade around the clock, settle onchain and can be moved between the exchange and self-custodial wallets.
Binance describes bStocks as the fastest tokenised equity product to reach $1 billion. Unchained noted that the release did not name the products it measured against, and that it could not find a public Dune dashboard tracking bStocks. It also pointed out that Ondo Global Markets said in May its tokenised stocks had crossed $1 billion in total value locked less than eight months after launch, which is a different measure.
PancakeSwap and independent data
Distribution has not been limited to Binance's own platform. @PancakeSwap began offering bStocks on BNB Chain in June. PancakeSwap's launch post listed Tesla, Nvidia, Circle, Micron and Sandisk as the first five supported stocks, issued as BEP-20 tokens with self-custody. In August, PancakeSwap said the full suite of 67 bStocks assets was available on the platform.
Third-party data points in the same direction. Unchained said rwa.xyz data on Oct. 16 ranked bStocks first among tokenised stock platforms at $1.2 billion, in a market of about $3.5 billion. Ondo was second with $893.7 million and xStocks third with $600.4 million.
There are limits on access. Unchained reported that the tokens are not shares and are offered only to non-U.S. persons under an Abu Dhabi prospectus. PancakeSwap-related coverage has also noted that bStocks do not carry voting rights or direct legal shareholder status in the underlying companies.
