Binance (@binance) will delist QuickSwap (QUICK) and Epic Chain (EPIC) on October 28 at 03:00 UTC. The exchange will cancel all outstanding spot orders when trading ends. The affected tokens are $QUICK and $EPIC.

Spot trading is the first of several services to be wound down. Binance will end spot copy trading support on October 21, ahead of the delisting date.

Key dates for traders

According to PANews, Binance Futures will close and automatically settle positions in both tokens at 09:00 UTC on October 20, with new positions blocked from 08:30 UTC that day. The same report says withdrawal services will be discontinued at 03:00 UTC on December 28.

BeInCrypto lists a staged schedule. Margin borrowing is suspended and both tokens are removed from the Buy & Sell Crypto service on October 15. Deposits stop being credited on October 29. On December 29, Binance may convert leftover balances into stablecoins, though the exchange said conversion is not guaranteed.

Price reaction was negative. Finwire, citing CoinGecko figures, reported that QUICK fell 19.67% over 24 hours, while EPIC declined 10.54%. BeInCrypto noted that both tokens had carried Binance's Monitoring Tag for months before the decision.

Binance did not publish a detailed public rationale, according to Crypto Briefing. TechFlow, however, reported that the decision is based on periodic reviews of each project's liquidity, team development and security metrics.

What the two projects do

QuickSwap is one of the earliest decentralized exchanges on Polygon (@0xPolygon). QUICK is used for governance and ecosystem incentives. OKX Learn describes QuickSwap as a flagship Polygon DEX with a community-driven governance model.

Epic Chain began as a celebrity-licensed NFT platform and has since expanded toward entertainment and real world asset tokenization. EPIC serves as its ecosystem token. Crypto Briefing notes the project was previously called Ethernity Chain and traded as ERN before a rebrand in early 2025, when Binance supported a 1:1 token swap into EPIC.

The delisting removes trading on Binance only. Holders should review the exchange's schedule and decide on their positions before the relevant deadlines.
