Key takeaways
- Bitcoin rebounds nearly 6% from election lows
- ETF flows turn positive after three-day selling streak
- BTC must clear $81,300–$82,000 resistance
BTC was trading around $79,600 on November 5, after reaching an intraday high of $80,892. That recovery follows a fall toward the mid-$75,000 area during the post-election volatility, when investors reacted to the U.S. midterm results and broader macroeconomic uncertainty.

At the same time, a weaker dollar and softer Treasury yields have helped stabilize risk appetite across global markets.
ETF Flows Improve, but the Recovery Is Still Fragile
One reason Bitcoin’s rebound matters more now is that U.S. spot ETF demand finally turned positive again. After outflows of $398.6 million on November 2 and $115.6 million on November 3, the funds added a net $74.6 million on November 4, according to Farside Investors.
The recovery was not uniform, however. Fidelity’s FBTC led with $236.7 million of inflows, while BlackRock’s IBIT still posted $201.2 million in outflows.
That divergence suggests institutions have not fully returned in one direction. The renewed buying is encouraging, especially after the recent ETF outflows, but it is still too early to call it a durable shift.
Earlier this week, BTC was struggling to reclaim $80,000 after heavy fund selling, and the broader market remains sensitive to macroeconomic headlines. A similar pattern appeared in Bitcoin’s earlier November rebound and the previous $643 million ETF exodus, both of which showed how quickly ETF sentiment can reverse.

Bitcoin Price Prediction: Can BTC Push Beyond $82,000?
Technically, the recovery becomes more convincing only if Bitcoin breaks above the 30-day moving average near $81,319. Reuters' technical analysis noted that a move through that level could open the way toward the October highs above $84,800, with a broader $90,000 scenario becoming relevant only if momentum keeps building.
For now, the first upside zone to watch is $81,300–$82,000. If BTC establishes support above it, the next target sits around $84,800. A stronger breakout could revive the broader 2026 upside case and eventually bring $90,000 back into the discussion.
The downside case remains important. If Bitcoin fails to hold around current levels and slips back below $78,000, traders will likely refocus on $75,000. Beneath that, the 200-day moving average near $73,188 becomes the next major support.
That would echo the recent $75,000 support test, which showed how quickly sentiment can deteriorate when ETF flows weaken.
