Trading Services to End in Stages
According to BitMart, the first changes begin on July 26 at 01:30 UTC. From that time, the exchange will gradually suspend new registrations, cryptocurrency and fiat deposits, and new trading orders.
Meanwhile, futures accounts will switch to reduce-only mode, preventing users from opening new positions. Spot trading will also stop accepting new orders, while copy trading, grid trading, API trading, and other automated services will gradually shut down.
The next deadline arrives on Aug. 26 at 01:00 UTC. At that point, BitMart will discontinue all spot, futures, and other trading services. According to the exchange, any remaining futures positions may be settled under the applicable settlement rules, with further details to follow separately.
Withdrawal Process Remains Available
Although trading will end, BitMart said withdrawal services will remain available throughout the wind-down. However, the company advised users to complete identity verification, cancel outstanding orders, and redeem Earn, staking, lending, and other investment products before the trading deadline.

Additionally, BitMart encouraged users to download account balances, deposit records, withdrawal history, and trading records before platform operations end. Users should also verify destination wallet addresses and blockchain networks before submitting withdrawals.
Certain withdrawal requests may undergo additional compliance reviews. These checks may include identity verification, account security reviews, source-of-funds assessments, sanctions screening, and Travel Rule requirements.
According to BitMart, platform operations will officially end on Jan. 31, 2027, at 15:59 UTC. Afterward, users will temporarily retain account access to review records and submit withdrawal requests under the applicable procedures.
Finally, BitMart warned users about potential scams during the wind-down period. The exchange said it will never request passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, or fees for expedited withdrawals through unofficial communication channels.
