  • BNB's weekly chart places $398.30 and $310.42 beneath the $813.07 Wave B peak as projected support levels for the next correction.
  • Binance reported $4.65 billion in withdrawals and $1.01 billion in deposits over 9.5 hours on November 1, leaving net outflows overall.
  • BNB traded near $707.83, with $704 support and 713-716  resistance shaping the intraday range in the supplied market snapshot shown.

BNB price outlook turns on a proposed weekly correction, Binance withdrawal figures and nearby trading levels, as holders watch whether support can hold in coming weeks across the market.

Binance Withdrawals and the Weekly Correction

Whale Factor's weekly chart places BNB inside a possible macro ABC correction. The proposed count marks $813.07 as the Wave B peak. From there, the chart maps a possible Wave C decline toward lower support.

The projection follows BNB's earlier climb to roughly $1,713 before its retreat. In this reading, Wave A formed the first decline from that peak. The rebound toward $813 then supplied the proposed Wave B leg.

The chart marks $398.30 as the upper edge of its first demand zone. Its lower boundary sits near $310.42, the stated Wave C target. Neither level confirms a floor until price action shows buyers defending it.

The $202 level remains the deeper macro support if the lower zone fails. A move toward that price would extend the proposed correction considerably. The weekly structure therefore leaves room for a deeper decline than expected.

Binance Outflows and Market Activity

Binance's withdrawal figures add a separate issue for BNB holders. Withdrawals reportedly totaled $4.65 billion between 06:00 and 15:30 UTC 1 November. Total deposits were $1.01 billion, resulting in net outflows of around $3.64 billion.

That net figure equaled about 2.1% of Binance's stated $171 billion assets. The average rate of withdrawal was about $383 million an hour in that window. The numbers refer to heavy traffic, it does not yet constitute a state of insolvency.

The supplied comparison puts FTX withdrawals near $6 billion across 72 hours. That works out to roughly $83 million per hour by the same calculation. Binance's reported pace was faster, while withdrawals continued during the measured period.

Binance is also said to have retrieved approximately 95% of the $6.3 billion stolen. The updated proof-of-reserves was anticipated after the reported withdrawal activity. Reserve figures need to be read alongside liabilities and independent verification.

BNB Price Levels and the Road Ahead

The supplied market data shows BNB trading around $707.83, down 0.46%.Its 24-hour turnover was $1.2 billion, rising 7.18%. These are activity figures - not weekly corrections.

On the intraday chart, sellers repeatedly turned price back near 713-716. Buyers responded after BNB dipped toward the 704-705 area. The rebound reached roughly $714 before another retreat toward 707-708.

That leaves 704-705 as nearby support in the displayed session. Resistance sits first around 710-713, then near the $716 high. A break below support would weaken the short-term picture further.

A sustained move above $716 would give buyers a better footing. It would not, by itself, erase the weekly Wave C projection. The larger bearish count remains in place below the $813.07 level.

For longer-term traders, the 398.30-310.42 band remains the chart's central area. Any response there needs confirmation from weekly closes and buying activity. If that region gives way, $202 becomes the next marked support.
