One Platform for Crypto and Traditional Holdings

Broadridge (NYSE: BR) has expanded its next-generation digital assets platform to the US market, giving broker-dealers, registered investment advisers and wealth managers a single operating model to offer cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities alongside traditional investments.

Building on the platform's availability in Canada, Broadridge enables US broker-dealers, registered investment advisers and wealth managers to incorporate digital assets into their existing wealth offerings through a unified operating model. The Canadian version launched in April 2026, making the US rollout a natural next step for the firm.

Supported by a growing ecosystem of providers, initially @Anchorage Digital and @galaxyhq, the platform supports both cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities issued and serviced through new and established market infrastructure.@Broadridge's platform is designed to simplify processing across trading, custody, asset servicing, communications, governance and proxy voting, helping firms deliver a more cohesive experience throughout the investment lifecycle.

DLX and the $351 Billion-a-Day Tokenization Engine

Underpinning the wealth management expansion is DLX, @Broadridge's broader tokenization and digital asset infrastructure platform. DLX is Broadridge's tokenization platform, designed to help financial institutions operate across the lifecycle of tokenized securities. It brings together solutions spanning issuance, trading, financing, settlement and servicing, including its Distributed Ledger Repo (DLR) solution, described as the world's largest institutional platform for settling tokenized real assets, tokenizing over $351 billion a day.

Building on Broadridge's established DLR capability for collateral mobility and securities financing, DLX extends Broadridge's tokenization infrastructure into a broader, multi-asset platform for issuance, trading, settlement, servicing, custody, governance and distribution. The platform is launching with capabilities to connect to the DTCC Tokenization Service via Canton and other networks, with broader use cases to be announced in due course.

For @Anchorage, the moment reflects a broader shift in the industry. Nathan McCauley, CEO and Co-Founder of Anchorage Digital, said: "Crypto is no longer a side conversation in wealth management, it's the conversation," adding that the firm is proud to bring institutional-grade custody and settlement to Broadridge's platform.@galaxyhq CEO Mike Novogratz echoed the sentiment, describing Galaxy as pleased to combine its digital asset market infrastructure with Broadridge's established wealth management platform as it expands to US firms.
