Cardano (ADA), Hyperliquid (HYPE), Shiba Inu (SHIB), and Stellar (XLM) are all trading at critical technical junctures as crypto market momentum slows and bullish catalysts fade. After a largely positive summer, each token now faces key resistance and support levels that will decide their near-term direction.
Cardano: Momentum stalls near $0.20
Following an earlier recovery from late June lows near $0.14, Cardano gained ground to surpass the $0.18 and $0.20 thresholds, peaking near $0.26 at the height of August’s rally. However, that move was sharply rejected at the longer-term moving average, sending ADA into a corrective phase.
ADA now trades around $0.205. It sits within a tight cluster of short- and medium-term moving averages, making the $0.195-$0.20 support region crucial for near-term price action. The asset failed to sustain movement above $0.22 or break resistance at $0.23 in recent sessions, with price action pushing back toward the lower end of its range.
If the $0.195-$0.20 support cluster fails, there is potential for ADA to test $0.18–$0.185, threatening the higher-low structure set since June. For bulls to regain control, they must reclaim $0.22, opening the way for targets between $0.24 and $0.26.
Recent shifts in trading volume and a neutral RSI around 50 suggest that neither buying nor selling pressure is currently dominant. ADA’s technical outlook hinges on holding support above $0.20 and overcoming resistance at $0.22 in the days ahead.
Hyperliquid: Correction after parabolic rally
HYPE is experiencing a more pronounced correction but remains stronger overall compared to ADA. Currently trading at $77.90, HYPE is down from its September peak near $89, following a sharp rally from $52 in August—an almost 70% increase before momentum faded.
Short-term weakness is now in focus as HYPE tests its rapidly rising short-term moving average at $76–$78. The RSI has cooled from overbought levels to the low-50s, indicating a broad reduction in buying interest. Holding above this area could allow HYPE to consolidate before another attempt to reclaim $82–$84, with $87–$90 as the next resistance area.
If HYPE loses support at $76, however, the next dynamic area is at $73, followed by $68–$69. Despite the correction, prices remain above major medium- and long-term moving averages.
This latest pullback resembles a typical consolidation after a steep uptrend, rather than a clear bearish reversal—at least as long as key structural support levels hold.
Shiba Inu: Caught in consolidation
Shiba Inu continues to trade within a compressed technical structure, reflecting both short-term support and persistent long-term resistance. SHIB trades at approximately $0.00000521, with buyers repeatedly defending the $0.0000050–$0.0000051 zone since late August. This has built a sequence of higher short-term lows from a July bottom of $0.0000041.
The token faces ongoing resistance from its declining long-term moving average, situated between $0.0000056 and $0.0000057. Previous attempts to rally above $0.0000055 ended in sharp failures, most recently with the August spike to $0.0000062.
Current momentum remains neutral, corroborated by low trading activity and an RSI near 50. A loss of the $0.0000050 support could send SHIB toward $0.0000047–$0.0000048. Stronger bullish signals would only emerge after an established breakout above $0.0000055–$0.0000057.
Stellar: Range-bound with declining volume
Stellar’s price structure is even more compressed, with XLM trading around $0.178 and consolidating within short- and medium-term moving averages. After June’s surge to $0.30 was unwound, subsequent rallies have produced progressively weaker highs.
XLM has struggled to reclaim its key long-term moving average at $0.188–$0.190, which remains the primary resistance that bulls need to reverse. The most recent uptrend in September failed at $0.195, and volume has since declined sharply.
Short-term support between $0.173 and $0.175 is holding for now. Any sustained loss of this region could see sellers target $0.165, or the August low near $0.155–$0.160. With the RSI hovering at 50, XLM currently shows no clear direction and stays trapped within a broad range.
Until XLM decisively breaks above $0.19, upside potential remains limited, and the token is expected to remain range-bound with no strong momentum in either direction.
Against this background of sideways price action and key resistance testing, traders are placing greater emphasis on efficient monitoring tools. In a market where a single Fed decision or a sudden altcoin listing can change everything in seconds, jumping between different apps for charts, news, and portfolio tracking is costing investors money. Smart traders are now utilizing privacy-first tools like CryptoAppsy to consolidate everything. Without even the hassle of creating an account, users can access real-time charts, smart price alerts, coin-specific news, and critical macro data on one screen.
