Cardano price is facing fresh downside pressure as whale selling and weaker network activity combine near an important support zone.
Analyst Ali Martinez warned that the ADA price could be preparing for another correction after large holders sold more than 110 million ADA over the past five days.
At the same time, daily active addresses have dropped more than 41%, adding another weak signal as price approaches the $0.24 area.
Cardano Whales Are Reducing Their Holdings
Ali’s whale chart shows a clear decline in ADA held by large addresses.
Whale holdings fell from roughly 2.82 billion ADA toward the 2.74 billion area before showing only a small recovery.

That means large holders have been distributing into the recent price weakness instead of buying the dip.
Ali estimates that more than 110 million ADA changed hands from whales over five days.
That matters because whale behavior can influence short-term supply pressure, especially when price is already trading close to support.
The chart does show a slight rebound in whale balances at the end, but the broader five-day move is still lower.

Cardano Network Activity Is Cooling
The Cardano network activity chart looks even weaker.
Daily active addresses fell from 27,248 to 15,977, a decline of 41.36%.
The visual trend is clear.

Network activity moved down over several days and finished near the lowest point of the period.
That means fewer wallets are interacting with Cardano at the same time whales are reducing holdings.
On its own, lower active-address activity does not guarantee a lower ADA price.
But when it appears together with whale selling, it strengthens Ali’s bearish case.
$0.24 Is the Level Ali Martinez Is Watching
Ali says the rising channel support near $0.24 is now the key level.
If ADA holds above that area, the current weakness could remain contained.
If $0.24 breaks, he points to roughly $0.21 as the next downside zone near the lower boundary of the channel.
So the setup is straightforward.
Whale selling is increasing supply pressure.
Network activity is falling.
Price is approaching a key technical floor.
That makes $0.24 the level that could decide whether Cardano stabilizes or extends the correction toward $0.21.
