LINK faces resistance near 14.33-14.50, with $15 next and $16 marking a larger resistance zone.
RSI nears the 70 threshold while MACD stays positive, signaling strong momentum as LINK approaches key resistance.
Chainlink whales have added more than 2.50 million LINK in 10 days as the token trades near $14.33. Analyst Ali Charts cited whale buying and daily address growth as the main data points. The analysis places $16 and $17.70 above the current price, while Binance indicators show strong buying momentum.
Ali Charts said large holders have continued adding LINK without slowing down. The analyst reported that whales bought more than 2.50 million LINK over the past 10 days. That buying comes alongside growth in new LINK addresses.
Nearly 1,500 new addresses are now created each day, according to Ali Charts. The analyst linked the address growth to expansion in the network’s user base. However, the analysis identified specific price levels that could matter next.
$16 and $17.70 Mark Resistance
Ali Charts identified $16 as the next resistance zone if LINK continues higher. About 16.9 million LINK were previously acquired around that level. Above $16, the analyst placed another hurdle near $17.70.
A total of 22.7 million LINK were accumulated at that price area. Meanwhile, LINK traded at $14.329 on the four-hour Binance chart. The latest candle gained 1.57%, opening at $14.10 and reaching $14.334.
The candle also touched $13.996, while trading volume reached 314.05K LINK during the move. LINK has recovered from mid-September lows near $10.70 and reclaimed $12 and $13.
Momentum Builds Near $14.50
The recent move has pushed LINK toward $14.30, with immediate resistance around $14.33 to $14.50. A break above that area could place $15.00 next on the price chart. On the other hand, $14.00 remains immediate support, followed by $13.50 and $13.00. Below those levels, $12.50 represents another support area.
The RSI is at 69.59, while its moving average is 67.89. The reading is close to the conventional 70 overbought level. The MACD line is at 0.405 against a 0.381 signal line. Its histogram remains positive at 0.024, keeping the indicator readings aligned with upward momentum.
