CoinFello says its new AI agent can execute and automate user-defined DeFi strategies while a launch-period rewards program returns eligible swap fees in MON.

Decentralized finance has always had a usability problem. Jumping between apps, constantly checking market conditions, and signing endless transactions turns routine portfolio management into a chore. Fort Worth-based startup CoinFello thinks it has a solution. On Wednesday, the company rolled out Fello 2, an artificial intelligence agent built to automate multi-step crypto strategies using plain English.

Instead of managing every step manually, users type out what they want done. The agent parses those instructions, builds a strategy plan for review, and runs it in the background once approved.

Automated Trading Without the Headaches

The promise here is convenience. Imagine telling an app to move unused USDC into a stablecoin yield pool every week, while automatically adding margin if a position gets too close to liquidation. That is the exact scenario CoinFello pitches. Fello 2 tracks the market continuously, waiting for specified parameters before triggering the trade.

It also keeps setup light. Standard wallet users do not need to fund a dedicated account just to set up alerts. An "Automation Wallet" only comes into play when the agent needs to move funds. Crucially, CoinFello relies on delegated permissions instead of taking control of private keys, meaning users can pull access whenever they want.

Built-In Protections and Security Claims

Security remains a massive hurdle in Web3. To combat this, CoinFello built transaction-screening tools into Fello 2. The company says the software rejects blind-signing requests, guards against approval-phishing, and blocks malicious contracts engineered to drain wallets.

These safeguards sound promising on paper. However, it is worth noting that these safety protections are company claims and have not been independently verified.

Fee Rebates and Monad Rewards

To draw in early adopters, CoinFello is rolling out a promotional rewards program alongside the release. During the initial launch window, the company will rebate 100 percent of eligible swap fees back to users and their referrers. These payouts come in MON, the native token of the Monad blockchain.

The referral side lets participants earn a cut of the fees generated by people they invite. Rewards can be claimed directly to user-controlled wallets today. A secondary option automatically depositing those earnings into a self-custodial account managed by Fello is still in development.

Availability and Network Support

Fello 2 is live today and serves as the default assistant for new chats on the platform. While the software works across all EVM-compatible blockchains, the promotional rewards specifically highlight Monad integration. CoinFello noted that any changes to the fee-rebate structure will be announced before the promotion wraps up.
