The team behind coytx.com has reported the completion of a 125,000-dollar fundraising campaign conducted through an initial coin offering and announced preparations for the company’s next investment round. coytx.com intends to seek an additional 1.1 million dollars from venture capital firms, investment funds, strategic investors, and business angels. According to the company, the capital will be directed toward expansion into selected Asian markets and the development of a new B2B and B2C payment platform.

The planned payment infrastructure is expected to allow individuals and companies to offer products and services while accepting payments in cryptocurrency or fiat currency. Fiat payments may be converted into cryptocurrency through integrated third-party payment providers, subject to the availability of supported payment methods, jurisdictions, and compliance requirements. The initiative is intended to expand coytx.com beyond cryptocurrency trading and introduce additional payment tools for merchants, service providers, and individual users.

coytx.com has previously introduced functionality for purchasing airline tickets and booking hotels using USDT. The company has also announced plans to develop additional services, including cryptocurrency payment cards, a VPN service, eSIM products, and a platform for booking rental vehicles with digital assets. The availability, launch dates, geographic coverage, and eligibility requirements for these products may vary depending on technical development, local regulations, and third-party service providers.

Another component of the coytx.com platform is its Migrated Liquidity Pools technology. The infrastructure is designed to route trading activity across multiple external cryptocurrency exchanges and liquidity venues rather than relying solely on the platform’s internal order book. According to coytx.com, this model is intended to provide access to broader market liquidity, support more consistent order execution, and limit the impact of low activity within a single trading venue. It may also help reduce price discrepancies between the coytx.com platform and external markets.

The company stated that the technology is designed to address risks associated with limited order-book depth, sudden market movements, and significant differences in asset prices across trading platforms. However, cryptocurrency trading remains subject to market, liquidity, operational, and counterparty risks.

coytx.com has also introduced an AI-powered trading agent that analyzes technical indicators, market activity, social-media sentiment, and news narratives. The system is designed to identify potential market patterns, generate a trading plan, adjust its analysis as market conditions change, and display relevant observations directly on the trading chart. The AI agent is intended to function as an analytical and educational tool. Its output does not guarantee trading results and should not be considered financial or investment advice.

The planned funding round represents the next stage of the coytx.com development strategy. The company expects to focus on regional expansion, payment infrastructure, new consumer services, and further development of its trading technology. Further information regarding the investment round, participating investors, product launch dates, and supported markets is expected to be announced separately.
