Crypto airdrops in week 45: the StandX claim has opened
The window that was postponed just before its start last week is now open. StandX released the DUSD distribution for claiming on November 2, 2026 at 00:00 UTC, after Binance allowed withdrawals again. Two more windows run for another four weeks and both close on November 28 – one of them appears here for the first time. A fourth date reaches into January 2027.
The previous week was still shaped by the StandX postponement and by the closed Pharos portal.

1. StandX (DUSD): the claim has been open since November 2
This is the date of the week. StandX is winding down its business, has cancelled the planned token launch and is distributing the remaining revenue as DUSD instead. The claim was originally due to open on November 1, but was postponed shortly beforehand because Binance had suspended withdrawals after the attack on its hot wallets, and the project wanted to keep the DUSD price stable.
Now that Binance has released withdrawals again in stages, the new date is set. The project’s announcement names both points in time: the claim opened on November 2, 2026 at 00:00 UTC and closes on December 31, 2026 at 08:00 UTC. The closing date is therefore the same as in the first announcement – only the start moved. Anything not claimed by then is forfeited.
Claims are made with the same wallet address that was in use on StandX, on BNB Chain or on the Solana blockchain. The allocation comes as a one-off amount with no lockup and no vesting, so it is transferable immediately. It is based on pre-deposit, the alpha phase, mainnet trading volume, market making and referrals; all accounts are screened for Sybil and wash-trading patterns, and the project reserves the right to cut or cancel suspicious allocations.
Anyone who still holds a balance on the platform should keep an eye on the second set of dates: open positions will be closed at mark price on January 15, 2027, and redemption and withdrawal of DUSD end on January 31, 2027. The checker page and the claim are available only on the StandX website; any other address offering a DUSD claim is a scam.
2. Aster (ASTER): four weeks left for the full allocation
Anyone who chose the option for the full vesting allocation in Stage 6 of the Aster programme, which Aster calls “Convergence”, has been able to claim their share since October 28, 2026 at 12:00 UTC. The window closes on November 28, 2026 at 12:00 UTC. Both points in time are named by Aster’s own allocation page itself, each with a time and a time zone. A total of 200 million ASTER is available for Stage 6.
The programme was structured in two steps: those who opted for the immediate payout received 50 percent in the spring and could claim between April 28 and May 28, 2026. Those who waited for the full allocation instead are taking the second window now. The choice between the two routes had to be made in April and cannot be changed afterwards. What the window means for the circulating supply is covered in our piece on the Aster claim window.
One note on dates in circulation, which was already here last week and has not gone away: several roundups list November 4, 2026 as the start date. The project’s page names October 28, and the claim has been open since that day. The project’s own information is what counts.
3. Doppler Finance (XDP): the Genesis Airdrop ends on November 28
This entry is new to the list even though the window has been open for weeks – and it is here because the closing date is coming closer. Doppler Finance is a yield platform in the XRP Ledger ecosystem; the Genesis Airdrop distributes 100 million XDP, which is one percent of the total supply of ten billion tokens. The project’s token documentation lists the allocation as fully unlocked at the token launch, with no lockup and no vesting.
The Doppler claim portal names the claim period as September 28, 2026, 11:59 UTC to November 28, 2026, 12:00 UTC and states explicitly that unclaimed allocations expire afterwards. Claims are made from the Base wallet used for registration; another address will not work, because the allocation is tied to the registered address.
One restriction settles this entry for most readers: registration for the Genesis Airdrop closed on July 30, 2026 at 12:00 UTC. Anyone who did not sign up then cannot claim anything now – joining later is not provided for. The date therefore only matters for registered users, and for some of them an allocation has been sitting untouched in the portal since September.
4. Grass (Stage 2): the USDC payout reaches into January
This entry has been on the list for weeks, and it stays there because the window is wide open. Grass does not pay out the Stage 2 rewards in its own token but in USDC. Claims are made solely through the project dashboard at app.grass.io/dashboard. Claiming has been possible since July 22, 2026; the project’s explainer names January 22, 2027 as the deadline and, in passing, a restriction that is easy to miss: the payout ends after six months or as soon as all allocations have been claimed, whichever comes first.
The project does not name a time for the closing date – only for the start, where it is 1:00 pm EST. The final day is therefore not a buffer to rely on. Eligibility covers anyone who provided bandwidth in epochs 1 to 19 between October 14, 2024 and June 8, 2026. According to the project, rewards that are not claimed stay with Grass and are not redistributed.
Tax: what to record when the tokens arrive
For taxation it is not the sale that counts but the inflow – and that depends on whether a service was provided in return for the airdrop. When free coins are taxable in Germany, and which rates and holding periods apply, is covered in Airdrop tax: when free coins are taxable in Germany.
With StandX and with Doppler Finance the point is particularly tangible: both allocations are available immediately without a lockup, so the moment of inflow falls on the day of the claim. With Grass the payout comes in USDC, that is in a stablecoin – the amount is therefore fixed from the outset and does not have to be converted first.
What did not make the list this week
One date that is currently circulating particularly widely did not survive the check: several roundups list a claim deadline of November 26, 2026 for MetaMask and an opt-in deadline of November 12. MetaMask’s own pages say the opposite – Season 1 of Rewards ended in early 2026, the claim window is closed, and by its own account there are no plans for a MASK token. Anyone who finds a claim page under that date is very probably looking at a fake. The same goes for any address that asks you to connect your wallet and approve tokens without being linked from the project itself.
We have also left out candidates without a date from the project itself. Plume has a running claim for Season 2 but has published no end date. GenLayer’s own channels contradict each other, and there is no claim date there in any case. Manta Network appears with a migration step on November 16 without the project having published anything about it. For NeoSoul a calendar lists a snapshot on November 3; for the StandX-related allocation the project itself so far only says “after the token launch”. The choice between the immediate and the full allocation at PREDICT is said by several roundups to run until November 26; we were unable to confirm that deadline at the project source in this run and therefore do not carry it in the table. Jupiter has postponed its final round indefinitely. OpenSea, Base, Lighter and Polymarket continue to be traded as likely airdrops – none of these projects has named a snapshot or claim date. “Airdrop confirmed, date open” is not an entry for a deadline list.
Where things go from here
All four entries this week are open, and two of them expire on the same day. At StandX the claim has been reachable since November 2, 00:00 UTC and runs until New Year’s Eve; there is no rush, but the closing time of 08:00 UTC is a morning deadline and not a full day. Aster and Doppler Finance both close on November 28 at 12:00 UTC – at Aster this affects everyone who chose the vesting option in the spring, at Doppler only users registered by the end of July. Grass remains the reserve for later, with the caveat that the window can also end early.
