Crypto super PAC Fairshake has announced support for 32 incumbent House candidates ahead of the November US midterm elections, splitting its slate between 19 Republicans and 13 Democrats. The October 5 announcement gives the industry-backed group a broad bipartisan House presence, although only a fraction of its intended spending has been disclosed so far.

Fairshake said it plans to spend $1 million apiece on six of the candidates, creating an initial disclosed allocation of $6 million. The larger endorsement list and the PAC's cash position point to a campaign that extends well beyond those first six races.

Six House incumbents receive disclosed $1 million commitments

Fairshake’s House slate contains 32 incumbents: 19 Republicans and 13 Democrats. The PAC has characterized the selections as bipartisan and issue-focused.

The six candidates earmarked for $1 million apiece are Democrats Janelle Bynum, Steven Horsford and Derek Tran, alongside Republicans French Hill, Bill Huizenga and Bryan Steil, according to Roll Call. Together, those commitments amount to $6 million.

Fairshake has not disclosed spending levels for the other 26 candidates. The disclosed figures thus cover an initial six-candidate allocation, with the same planned amount for each, rather than a stated equal amount across the full slate.

The 32 candidates endorsed by Fairshake backed the CLARITY Act, the crypto industry’s market-structure legislation. The bill passed the House in July 2025 but later stalled in the Senate, Cointelegraph reported.

Fairshake’s House intervention is focused on incumbents who supported the measure where it passed. The PAC says it selects candidates for their positions on American innovation and crypto policy, calling its electoral work bipartisan and issue-focused rather than tied to one party on its website.

Undisclosed House spending sits alongside $108 million war chest

Fairshake held approximately $108 million in cash at the end of August 2026, according to Federal Election Commission data cited by Roll Call. It announced an initial $6 million allocation for six House candidates.

The PAC’s largest disclosed general-election effort is a planned campaign worth nearly $30 million opposing Democratic Senate candidate Sherrod Brown in Ohio, according to the Associated Press. That amount is substantially larger than the initially disclosed House allocation.

Spending levels for the other 26 endorsed House candidates remain undisclosed, according to the Associated Press, leaving the $6 million announcement as only a partial accounting of Fairshake’s House deployment.
