Cryptocurrency exchange Bitfinex stated that Bitcoin may be close to exiting its long period of weak market conditions, explaining that the fundamental conditions to support an uptrend have largely been met. It was noted that two of the three conditions necessary for Bitcoin to enter a sustained upward trend have already been fulfilled.
According to Bitfinex analysts, strengthening expectations of interest rate cuts and a gradual easing of financial conditions are creating a positive environment for Bitcoin. Low interest rates and increased liquidity expectations are generally cited as factors that boost demand for risky assets. Therefore, analysts believe these developments could support Bitcoin’s future performance.
The third and final condition highlighted by the exchange is that some of the capital directed towards technology-focused hardware companies and the artificial intelligence sector should shift to the cryptocurrency market. Bitfinex stated that strong investment flows into AI and technology stocks have continued recently, and that if this capital also flows into crypto assets, a sustainable upward trend for Bitcoin could begin.
Analysts predict that Bitcoin could retest the $70,000 level if capital inflows into the crypto market strengthen. Conversely, they state that if capital flows remain weak or negative, selling pressure could increase, and the price could fall to the important support zone around $57,000.
Bitfinex’s assessment comes at a time when investors are closely monitoring global monetary policies, capital movements in the technology sector, and institutional interest in the crypto market. Experts emphasize that capital flows in the coming weeks will be decisive in determining Bitcoin’s direction.
