Trading infrastructure project @doublezero has announced full support for @Binance on its Edge platform, adding the world's largest crypto exchange to a growing roster of venues whose real-time data it carries over dedicated fiber.
What Edge Does
Edge brings Binance market data together with onchain data from Solana and Hyperliquid, and prediction-market data from Kalshi, into a single normalized feed, so firms get everything from one subscription instead of maintaining a separate integration for each venue. The move is a meaningful expansion for the platform, which has been steadily widening its venue coverage since launch.
Binance spot and futures data, covering top-of-book and trades across all symbols, is ingested in Tokyo and delivered by multicast over DoubleZero's dedicated fiber. It is normalized to the same schema as Solana, Kalshi, Hyperliquid, and Phoenix, meaning code written for one venue works across all five.
DoubleZero Edge is a real-time market-data platform that delivers trading-grade data over the DoubleZero network using multicast, the same distribution method traditional exchanges have relied on for decades.By using a dedicated fiber network instead of the public internet, the platform reduces delays in data delivery.
The Speed Advantage
DoubleZero is a decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN) that provides a high-performance, private fiber-optic network as a dedicated fast lane for blockchain traffic, with its native 2Z token serving as the core utility token for network access and contributor rewards.
DoubleZero addresses a fundamental bottleneck in blockchain scalability: the reliance on the public internet for validator communication. The public internet introduces unpredictable latency, jitter, and congestion, which hinders the performance of high-throughput chains.Across measured corridors, the network delivers roughly 21.6% lower round-trip latency than the public internet, with materially lower jitter.
Edge is designed to be the platform of choice for a trading firm to subscribe to many high-value data feeds in one place, mix and match across venues and asset classes, and receive them all over the same fast, dedicated network. Binance support, available now with an existing Edge subscription, adds one of the most liquid and widely used order books in crypto to that mix.
