In Brief:
- Evernorth plans to feature BearChamp in its proposed Nasdaq listing campaign, with apparel and stories celebrating the XRP community’s resilience.
- Birla credited XRP holders with building network tools and participating actively in the securities case involving Ripple and the SEC.
- Evernorth also intends to manage XRP as an active treasury and collaborate directly with builders across the XRP Ledger ecosystem.
Evernorth plans to feature artist JC Rivera’s BearChamp in a campaign celebrating XRP supporters alongside its proposed Nasdaq listing. According to an Evernorth post on X, the company expects to list on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN and collaborate with BearChamp on apparel and stories celebrating the XRP community’s persistence.
Evernorth founder and CEO Asheesh Birla expanded on the plans in a company article, crediting XRP holders with building wallets, explorers and dashboards, translating documentation, and helping newcomers use the network.
Birla also highlighted holders’ participation in the securities case involving Ripple and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Attorney John Deaton has stated that he submitted roughly 3,800 holder affidavits, Birla noted. Supporters had also filed fourteen amicus briefs by the deadline, according to his account.

BearChamp Campaign Connects XRP Holders With Nasdaq Plans
Rivera created BearChamp from a childhood ambition to become a boxer, which his mother discouraged. The Chicago-based artist gave the crowned bear boxing gloves and a message about recovering from setbacks.
Birla drew a connection between that story and XRP holders who remained active through criticism and legal uncertainty. Evernorth plans to release a cobranded symbol that supporters can wear and share during the campaign.
Additionally, the company intends to tell the BearChamp story in stages leading up to its proposed Nasdaq debut. If the listing proceeds as planned, Evernorth expects the campaign to culminate with a presentation in Times Square.
BearChamp may also be the first of several community figures featured by Evernorth. Birla described XRP’s wider creative community as including artists and animators alongside developers.
Evernorth Outlines Its XRP Treasury Strategy
Beyond the campaign, Evernorth intends to manage its XRP holdings as an active treasury and work directly with XRP Ledger builders. Birla cited permissioned trading venues, escrow, lending and a regulated dollar stablecoin as examples of the network’s infrastructure.
The collaboration gives XRP supporters a visible role in Evernorth’s proposed public debut. However, the Nasdaq listing and Times Square presentation remain plans, while the company’s treasury strategy has yet to play out.
