RippleX contributor Vito Tumas has outlined a new security framework for the XRP Ledger that could significantly change how future upgrades are developed and approved. The proposal introduces formal verification technology to the network, prompting XRPL Foundation community lead Vet to describe the effort as a move toward “Fortress XRP.”
