In a major update coming from the Global Onchain Awards 2026, the Public voting for awards is now live. The voting phase will be giving the crypto community an opportunity to vote for their preferred companies and leaders competing across more than 20 award categories.
This comes after more than 100 nominations were submitted during the nomination period. This brings projects from across the digital asset industry into consideration for this year’s awards.
Voting will remain open until September 26, following which the final results will be announced at the Global Onchain Awards ceremony in Singapore on October 6.
This year’s nominees span several key areas of the digital asset market, including prediction markets, tokenization, institutional DeFi, stablecoins, payments, custody, compliance and digital asset infrastructure.
Among the projects and companies now vying for recognition are HiBT, Linch Finance, Aave, Binance, Bitget, Coinbase and Turnkey. There are over 30+ final nominees competing across different categories of the awards programme.

The voting phase gives users an opportunity to support the projects and companies they believe should receive recognition in their respective categories.
With the nomination process now complete, attention has shifted towards the community vote as nominees look to build support ahead of the September 26 deadline.
Interestingly, the Global Onchain Awards 2026 covers more than 20 categories across the wider onchain ecosystem.
These include Best Prediction Market Platform (Decentralized), Best Prediction Market Platform (Centralized), Best Exchange / Platform for Trading Tokenized Equities, Rising Platform for Trading Tokenized Assets, Best Crypto Exchange for Institutions and Best Tokenized Real-World Asset (RWA) Platform.
The programme also features categories such as Best Institutional DeFi Solution, Best Institutional Staking & Liquid Restaking Infrastructure, Best Stablecoin Neo Bank, Best Stablecoin Custodian and Best Stablecoin Payment Infrastructure.
Other awards recognise infrastructure and services supporting the digital asset market, including Best Cross-Border PayFi & Remittance Solution, Best Fiat-to-Crypto On/Off-Ramp Infrastructure, Best Digital Asset Compliance Solution and Best Wallet Infrastructure Provider for Enterprises.
Individual and institutional honours are also part of the programme, including the Onchain Leadership Award, Digital Asset Bank of the Year and Most Influential Creator.
The public voting period will remain open until September 26. Users who want to support their preferred project, company or industry leader can cast their votes through the Global Onchain Awards voting platform.
The awards also feature an industry jury with experience across traditional finance and digital assets. The current jury includes Chetan Karkhanis, Senior Vice President at Franklin Templeton, and Hürcan Polat, Growth Lead, API & CLI at Nansen.
The jury will form part of the wider evaluation process as the programme moves towards the final awards.
The voting phase will culminate in the Global Onchain Awards 2026 ceremony on October 6 in Singapore.
The winners will be announced live alongside CoinGape’s Global Onchain Summit Singapore 2026, which will bring together executives, financial institutions and digital asset companies for discussions around the next phase of the onchain economy.
For nominees, the focus is now on the community vote, with less than two weeks remaining before voting closes.
