Crypto analyst Digital Asset Investor (@digitalassetbuy) sees something much bigger taking shape beneath recent market developments, and XRP sits at the center of his argument. Gold is gaining serious institutional attention as central banks reposition their reserves worldwide.
The conditions he has spent years predicting are beginning to align. His latest analysis is a case for an XRP super cycle timed to coincide with a major run in commodities.

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse recently highlighted a striking example of how outdated financial infrastructure remains. The Central Bank of the Netherlands spent months relocating $11 billion in gold between New York and London. 70% of it never physically moved. Germany took four years to repatriate 674 tons of gold worth $36 billion from vaults in Paris and New York.
Garlinghouse noted that in the decade-plus between those two events, crypto grew from a $1.5 billion experiment into a $2.7 trillion asset class. His conclusion was clear. The XRP Ledger already checks every box the BIS requires for testing: low fees, fast settlement, and a proven track record.
Digital Asset Investor connects this directly to a commodity super cycle now forming around gold. He argues that XRP is not just adjacent to this cycle. It is part of it. XRP has already received a commodity designation, and Digital Asset Investor believes it is “almost like they’ve timed all this for the perfect moment.”

The Clarity Act sits at roughly 50/50 odds of passing before January 2028. Digital Asset Investor argues that either outcome accelerates adoption.
