This first-of-its-kind solution enables institutions to verify insurance coverage data for tokenized assets via Chainlink infrastructure, eliminating paper-based processes and counterparty risk.

T-RIZE Group is pleased to announce the completion of its adoption of Chainlink, the industry-standard oracle platform, in the Kairos Digital Loan Notes (KDLN) programme. Developed as part of the KDLN issuance, this novel tokenized asset solution enables authorized participants to independently verify the digital representation of insurance coverage associated with their tokenized investment, powered by industry-standard Chainlink infrastructure on the Canton Network.

KDLN is a private-credit investment programme backed by a diversified portfolio of UK litigation-finance receivables.

“This first-of-its-kind Chainlink-powered solution reflects exactly where institutional tokenization is heading,” said Madani Boukalba, Founder and CEO of T-RIZE Group. “More importantly, we're beginning to fully leverage Chainlink to unlock what onchain finance is designed to enable: verifiable data, automation, and transparency embedded directly into the market infrastructure itself.”

The novel private credit solution builds on T-RIZE’s growing momentum in institutional tokenization. The company has secured more than $2 billion in MOUs and onboarding agreements across private credit, real estate, and structured financial products, including a $500 million digital bond program on Canton Network and a $300 million real estate tokenization initiative in Canada.

The solution extends deep integration between the Chainlink platform and Canton Network, with key Chainlink services, such as Data Streams, SmartData, Proof of Reserve, and CCIP, already live on the layer-1 blockchain adopted by major financial institutions.

Bringing Insurance Coverage Into Digital Market Infrastructure

In traditional financial markets, insurance coverage and performance bond documentation are generally maintained through paper-based processes and bilateral information flows. Investors typically rely on counterparties and intermediaries to confirm that coverage exists and remains valid.

T-RIZE’s Chainlink integration introduces a better approach, where coverage information is represented on the Canton Network and made accessible through Chainlink's market-leading decentralized oracle networks.

The result is greater transparency, stronger auditability, and a new level of confidence for participants operating in tokenized financial markets.

Independent Verification by Design

One of the most important aspects of this Chainlink-powered solution is that verification does not rely solely on a user interface.

Authorized participants are able to access the underlying verification package, including verified reports, cryptographic validation data, Merkle proofs, and the published verification methodology.

Together, these artifacts provide a transparent mechanism for validating coverage inclusion and its stated validity period.

“We’re excited to power this novel tokenized asset use case and further transparency to a historically opaque asset class by bringing insurance coverage data onchain,” said Nathan Frank, Senior Solutions Architect at Chainlink Labs. “By leveraging Chainlink infrastructure to publish a signed data report, authorized participants can verify that a specific coverage record is included without exposing sensitive information onchain. This is how we bring institutional-grade transparency and privacy-preserving verification to tokenized financial products.”

This Chainlink-powered solution represents the first implementation of independently verifiable insurance-coverage data within a tokenized financial product on the Canton Network.

The Verification Framework

The process begins with Talisman Insurance, which remains the source of truth for the underlying coverage information.

Coverage records are transformed into structured digital representations and incorporated into a secure registry. These records are aggregated into a Merkle tree, creating a unique cryptographic fingerprint that represents the entire coverage registry.

That fingerprint is anchored on the Canton Network.

Chainlink’s decentralized oracle network then retrieves and publishes the registry state as a signed and verifiable Data Stream.

Authorized participants can subsequently verify that their specific coverage record is included in the registry through a combination of Chainlink verification tools and Merkle-based proofs.

Building Scalable Infrastructure for Digital Markets

Digital capital markets are evolving rapidly, yet many critical supporting processes still rely on fragmented workflows, manual reconciliation, and paper-based documentation. Insurance coverage is one example.

This integration proves how key market data can be represented through independently verifiable infrastructure while preserving the legal, regulatory, and operational frameworks required by institutional participants. Where traditional systems fragment ownership, documentation, and data across disconnected parties, for the first time, a single onchain record makes every component of a financial asset visible and accessible in one place.

The development comes at a time when major institutions are accelerating their investment in tokenization, digital assets, real-world assets (RWAs), digital securities, and blockchain-based market infrastructure. Deloitte has identified tokenization as a transformative force for capital markets, with the potential to reshape how financial assets are issued, managed, and distributed across digital ecosystems.

Beyond the KDLN programme, the architecture establishes a scalable foundation for future digital asset issuances, enabling coverage information to become an integrated component of tokenized financial products.

“Financial products are becoming increasingly digital, and the infrastructure powering them must evolve accordingly,” said Madani Boukalba. “This implementation also reflects T-RIZE's broader innovation strategy through T-RIZE Labs, our applied research chair focused on digital market infrastructure, tokenization, and federated learning.”

Our adoption of Chainlink marks an important step toward a global market where digital assets, real-world assets (RWAs), tokenized securities, and on-chain financial products operate within environments that provide trusted and independently auditable information, stronger operational transparency, and greater confidence for market participants.

About T-RIZE Group

T-RIZE Group is a Canadian-based financial technology company focused on institutional-grade tokenization infrastructure for digital securities, structured products, private credit, and real-world asset issuance.

The company designs and operates architecture to structure, issue, administer, and manage compliant digital instruments across their lifecycle, with an emphasis on governance, operational control, investor permissions, and integration with regulated market infrastructure.

About Chainlink

Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and the market leader powering the majority of DeFi. The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and more. Since inventing decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi.

Many of the world’s largest financial services institutions have also adopted Chainlink’s standards and infrastructure, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, S&P Dow Jones Indices, FTSE Russell, WisdomTree, ANZ, and top protocols such as Aave, Lido, GMX, and many others. Chainlink leverages a novel fee model where offchain and onchain revenue from enterprise adoption is converted to LINK tokens and stored in a strategic Chainlink Reserve. Learn more at chain.link.
