Processing Times Improve as Curator Team Scales
InterLink Labs (@inter_link) says the pace of KYC approvals is picking up as its ongoing migration process continues. The team has congratulated users who have already cleared verification, noting that its review standards have settled and processing is now faster and more consistent day to day.
The improvement is largely attributed to the Curator network, the human-led layer responsible for reviewing and finalising user identity submissions. Curators act as the backbone of identity verification within the InterLink ecosystem, with their main role being to review and approve KYC submissions, which is mandatory for converting $ITLG into the utility-focused $ITL token. As the team has grown and standardised its approach, throughput has increased and approval numbers are climbing daily.
KYC remains mandatory for direct migration from $ITLG into $ITL. Users who miss or fail verification are not entirely locked out, but non-KYC users can still access $ITL through OTC markets, though they will miss direct claim and migration.
What Pending Users Should Know
For those still waiting in the queue, InterLink's message is straightforward: capacity is increasing and more approvals are landing each day. The project has been clear that patience is warranted, as the backlog stems from the scale of the network rather than individual application issues.
The Human Network has crossed 7 million users, and with the InterLink Chain mainnet approaching alongside the $ITL listing and Verified $ITLG migration, the verification system has needed to scale quickly.
On the infrastructure side, InterLink's efforts continue to focus on advancing critical technologies, including encrypted biometric data, decentralised storage, and zero-knowledge proofs, alongside the development of a comprehensive Proof of Personhood mechanism for the InterLink Chain.
Once verified, users move into the next stage of the ecosystem as confirmed human nodes, positioning them for token migration and future network participation as the project advances toward its broader mainnet and listing milestones.
