A familiar theory within the XRP community has resurfaced after crypto analyst ALLINCRYPTO highlighted a series of numerical patterns centered on the number “589.”
The analyst revisits one of the longest-running topics among XRP supporters, presenting several examples that enthusiasts believe connect the number to Ripple, XRP, and related developments over the years.
Accompanying the analyst’s tweet was a video from crypto commentator NFAdotcrypto, who suggested that the appearance of 589 goes beyond internet speculation. Instead, he described it as a recurring pattern that appears throughout XRP’s history, trademarks, corporate developments, and other notable events connected to Ripple.
From XRP’s First Trading Price to Trademark Numbers
According to NFAdotcrypto, one of the earliest examples is XRP’s first publicly recorded trading price, which he identified as $0.00589. He presented this as one of the strongest examples supporting the theory that the number has remained closely associated with XRP since its earliest days.
He also highlighted XRP’s trademark registration, pointing out that the trademark number contains the digits 589 within it. In addition, he noted that the trademark’s serial number begins with 985, which he described as a rearrangement of the same three digits.
The commentator extended the observation to Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin, noting that the trademark for “Real USD” begins with the digits 985, another sequence containing the same numbers in a different order.
NFAdotcrypto continued by referencing EverNorth Holdings Inc., describing it as Ripple’s new treasury company. He pointed out that the initials E, H, and I correspond to the fifth, eighth, and ninth letters of the alphabet, producing another 5-8-9 sequence.
He also connected the pattern to Ripple’s acquisition of Hidden Road. According to his explanation, Hidden Road operated from an address associated with 589 Fifth Avenue, while its office location on the eighth floor of Fifth Avenue, combined with the digits in the ZIP code, also yielded another numerical reference to 589.
The presentation continued with Bank of America, where NFAdotcrypto observed that one of the company’s addresses is 589 Broadway. He then referenced the conclusion of Ripple’s legal dispute with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, noting that the settlement occurred on May 8, 2025. He interpreted the month as five, the day as eight, and reduced the year 2025 to nine by adding the final digit.
He also noted that Judge Analisa Torres brought the Ripple case to a close 589 weeks after taking office. Finally, he highlighted what he described as one of the most unusual observations, claiming that Ripple Chief Technology Officer David Schwartz was born 589 days before Elon Musk.
While the theory continues to attract interest among many XRP supporters, the examples presented by NFAdotcrypto remain observational and reflect interpretations rather than verified evidence of an intentional numerical design behind XRP or Ripple’s development.
