TLDR:

  • Pi Network price rose about 1.5% to nearly $0.083 as the broader crypto market traded lower, but the four-hour structure stayed bearish.
  • Pi Network completed SLICE distribution through Pi Launchpad, giving Pioneers allocation data, token pricing, pool access, and price tracking.
  • Support between $0.080 and $0.082 remains critical, while a break below that area could expose the recent $0.070 to $0.073 swing-low zone.
  • More than 127 million PI may unlock in the coming weeks, keeping supply pressure elevated despite progress across the Launchpad test environment.

Pi Network price rose about 1.5% to nearly $0.083 while most major cryptocurrencies traded lower. The move followed Pi Network’s completion of the SLICE testnet token distribution through Pi Launchpad.

Users can now review allocations, token prices, liquidity pool access, and a chart comparing SLICE with Test-Pi. The update expands Launchpad testing after almost 480,000 users joined the first phase on PiDay 2026.

Still, PI trades near an important support area after losing the $0.10 level. The PI network update adds new utility tests, but large token unlocks continue to shape near-term supply conditions and limit confidence in sustained gains.

Pi Network Price Holds Support After SLICE Distribution

Pi Network completed SLICE distribution after running the second testnet token exercise from June 12 through June 28. The project launched the test after gathering feedback from its first Launchpad trial.

The revised process focuses on commitment amounts and a fair-access hold. Pi Network also simplified participation steps to make allocations easier to understand.

Pioneers can now open the Launchpad app inside Pi Browser. The interface shows individual allocations, launch prices, effective prices, pool access, and SLICE price changes against Test-Pi.

The liquidity pool feature lets users test market activity. It also shows how token prices can move as users add or remove liquidity.

Pi Network price gained modestly after the announcement, but the move did not change the wider chart structure. PI still trades below several resistance zones after falling to a record low near $0.07 earlier in July.

The four-hour chart shows lower highs and lower lows since late April. PI also sits far below the declining 200-period moving average near $0.159.

Immediate support stands between $0.080 and $0.082. Buyers have defended this region several times, making it the key level for the current trading range.

A break below that zone could expose $0.070 to $0.073. Further weakness could place $0.065 back in focus.

Token Unlocks Keep Pressure on PI Market Structure

Pi Network price faces resistance between $0.090 and $0.095. A stronger supply area sits between $0.100 and $0.105, where recoveries have stalled.

A move above $0.095 with stronger volume could open the path toward $0.110 and $0.120. Bulls would still need to clear $0.120 to $0.130 before the broader structure improves.

The 14-period Relative Strength Index stands near 37. That reading shows weak momentum, although PI has not entered oversold territory below 30.

An RSI recovery above 45 could signal stronger buying interest. A move above 50 would offer firmer evidence that momentum is shifting.

Supply remains a central risk for the PI token. More than 127 million PI are scheduled to unlock in the coming weeks, according to market data.

Around 1.21 billion PI may enter circulation during 2026. Those releases can increase selling pressure when demand does not grow at the same pace.

The SLICE launch supports ecosystem testing, liquidity education, and Launchpad development. It does not directly reduce circulating supply or create guaranteed market demand.

Some users have also reported missing wallet balances and failed transactions to unknown addresses. Pi Network has not provided details on those reported cases in the supplied material.

Pi Network price may continue ranging between $0.080 and $0.095 while traders assess demand and unlock pressure. A confirmed break on either side would set the next short-term direction.
