XRP’s U.S. investment-product market is continuing to broaden, with regulatory filings now showing both a standard ProShares XRP ETF series and the company’s existing leveraged XRP fund inside the ProShares Trust structure.

A recent SEC filing lists the ProShares XRP ETF under series S000091571 and the ProShares Ultra XRP ETF under S000091573. The distinction is important: the filing is not a fresh SEC approval of a new spot XRP ETF, but it does show XRP becoming embedded more deeply within established U.S. fund complexes.

ProShares’ leveraged product is already live. The Ultra XRP ETF, ticker UXRP, launched in July 2025 and targets 2x the daily performance of XRP through derivatives rather than holding the token directly. ProShares reported net assets of roughly $50 million in late August.

Leveraged XRP Is Already an Established Product

UXRP provides an important clue about how traditional finance is approaching the asset.

The fund uses XRP futures and other derivatives to seek twice the token’s daily return. Because leverage resets every session, longer-term performance can diverge significantly from simply doubling XRP’s price move, particularly during volatile periods.

SEC records already identified UXRP as an existing fund series earlier this year, with the regulator’s July filing listing both the fund and its ticker.

That makes the latest registration news more about the breadth of XRP investment wrappers than the arrival of leveraged exposure itself.

XRP ETF Demand Is Growing Beyond ProShares

The filing arrives as institutional demand for XRP products has strengthened across the wider market.

U.S. spot XRP ETFs recently pushed cumulative net inflows to a record $1.55 billion, after their strongest week in more than three months. Coinpaper’s latest ETF flows showed another $39.78 million entering the products during that week.

Demand also helped support a sharp XRP rally, with the token gaining more than 40% over seven days as ETF buying and Korean spot activity accelerated.

For investors, the broader trend is more meaningful than any one filing. XRP can now be accessed through spot products, futures-based funds, leveraged ETFs and blended strategies, giving traditional investors several ways to gain exposure without holding the token directly.

That matters for an asset originally designed around payments rather than investment products. Coinpaper’s evergreen XRP guide explains the token’s role within the XRP Ledger and its focus on fast settlement.

The latest ProShares filing therefore looks less like a single regulatory breakthrough and more like another step in XRP’s transition into a mature U.S. ETF market.
