The financial system continues to move toward faster settlement, tokenized assets, and blockchain-based infrastructure, and crypto commentator X Finance Bull believes XRP could play a significant role in that transition.
In his latest tweet, he highlighted XRP as an asset designed to support value movement across borders. He also linked that utility to a financial system that could eventually move trillions of dollars onchain.
Linking XRP To 24/7 Finance
X Finance Bull summarized his position in a direct message about the future of finance. He wrote, “The new financial system needs money and assets moving 24/7, across borders, in seconds.”
He then linked XRP directly to that requirement, stating, “That’s the game XRP was built for.” He followed that statement with a question about what could connect the various parts of the financial system when trillions of dollars move onchain.
In his accompanying video, X Finance Bull expanded his comparison between Bitcoin and utility-focused digital assets. He acknowledged Bitcoin’s decentralized structure and said the network’s lack of a company, executive team, or central authority represents one of its strongest characteristics.
He also questioned several aspects of Bitcoin’s early history. He discussed Satoshi Nakamoto’s disappearance, the estimated Bitcoin holdings associated with the creator, and Gavin Andresen’s 2011 invitation to speak at CIA headquarters. X Finance Bull stressed that he did not view those events as proof that the CIA created Bitcoin or captured the network.
XRP And The Development Of Financial Infrastructure
X Finance Bull then shifted his focus toward the financial system he expects to develop around blockchain technology. He described a future that includes tokenized assets, stablecoins, central bank digital currencies, smart contracts, cross-border liquidity and institutional blockchain infrastructure.
He presented XRP as a network focusing on liquidity, settlement and cross-border movement of value. He also discussed the XRP Ledger’s original 100 billion XRP supply, its transaction-fee burn mechanism and Ripple’s escrow system.
X Finance Bull acknowledged the concerns that Bitcoin supporters raise about Ripple’s connection to XRP. He noted that Ripple holds a substantial amount of XRP and maintains a visible role within the XRP ecosystem.
However, he said financial institutions need teams, standards, accountability, legal clarity, partnerships, liquidity, and enterprise-grade infrastructure before they can move significant value through a digital network. He therefore linked XRP’s corporate and institutional structure with its potential ability to interact with the traditional financial system.
Why X Finance Bull Focuses On XRP
X Finance Bull ultimately framed the future of finance as a combination of decentralized assets and utility-focused networks. He said Bitcoin can serve as a decentralized store of value, while utility networks can be the infrastructure connecting financial institutions, payment systems, and digital assets.
He specifically linked XRP to cross-border payments, tokenized assets, stablecoin settlement, institutional DeFi, and global liquidity. He also discussed the CLARITY Act and emphasized the importance of regulatory classification as the digital asset industry develops.
His central message remained consistent with his original post. As financial institutions move more assets and transactions on-chain, X Finance Bull believes networks that provide settlement and liquidity could become increasingly important.
For X Finance Bull, that focus explains his continued interest in XRP.
