Crypto analyst X Finance Bull (@Xfinancebull) says Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse keeps giving him more reasons to stay bullish on XRP.
The latest is Garlinghouse’s involvement with Evernorth, a Nasdaq-listed company sitting on 473 million XRP with a mandate to put it to work across lending, liquidity, and institutional markets.
Garlinghouse is not a passive supporter here. He is serving as a strategic advisor to Evernorth alongside Ripple’s Chief Legal Officer Stuart Alderoty and CTO Emeritus David Schwartz. That level of involvement from Ripple’s own leadership is what has analysts like X Finance Bull taking notice.
Why This Goes Beyond Accumulation
The XRP treasury company model draws natural comparisons to what Michael Saylor built with Strategy around Bitcoin. Garlinghouse acknowledged the competitive landscape but made clear that Evernorth is designed to do more than replicate a buy-and-hold approach.
Garlinghouse pointed to on-chain capabilities as the path toward generating yield and building institutional products. He described the opportunity for “leverage and yield opportunities, some on-chain, some off-chain that will be unique and differentiated.” The result, in his view, positions XRP “to perform really well.”
That is why X Finance Bull is bullish. Evernorth is not parking 473 million XRP and waiting for price appreciation. It is building structures and actively engaging that capital across markets worth trillions of dollars.
Institutional Access Unlocked
Garlinghouse also pointed to something more basic but significant. A publicly traded vehicle gives institutional investors a way to access XRP exposure without navigating crypto markets directly. He called that a major step on its own. Adding yield strategies and on-chain products on top of that access creates a proposition that goes further than anything currently available for XRP investors.
Evernorth raised over $1 billion in gross proceeds, with participation from SBI Holdings, Ripple, Pantera Capital, Kraken, GSR, and Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen, among others. Those funds go primarily toward open-market XRP purchases.
Garlinghouse on the Team Behind It
Garlinghouse was specific about why he is confident in Evernorth beyond the strategy itself. Evernorth CEO Asheesh Birla previously worked under him at Ripple. Garlinghouse called him an extraordinary leader and credited him with building a strong team around the mission.
For X Finance Bull, Garlinghouse’s presence as a strategic advisor is a signal. The Ripple CEO is backing a vehicle built to grow XRP holdings per share through active institutional deployment. That combination of leadership, capital, and strategy is what is keeping bulls engaged.
