Ripple-backed Evernorth Holdings has completed its merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II, clearing the way for its anticipated Nasdaq trading debut on Monday, October 12, under the ticker XRPN.

According to the company's October 9 announcement, Evernorth enters the public market holding approximately 473 million XRP and $300 million in gross cash proceeds before transaction expenses. The completed transaction follows an administrative delay that previously pushed its listing schedule back by four days.

The debut will give stock-market investors access to one of the largest publicly traded XRP treasury companies, although actual trading has not yet begun.

Evernorth Completes Merger Ahead of October 12 Nasdaq Listing

Evernorth finalized its business combination with Armada Acquisition Corp. II on October 9, according to its latest SEC filing. The transaction was backed by investors including Ripple, Arrington Capital, SBI Group, Pantera Capital, Kraken and GSR.

The company previously expected to begin trading on October 8, but administrative issues delayed the closing process. Coinpaper covered the revised Nasdaq listing timeline after regulatory filings moved the anticipated debut to October 12.

Evernorth also plans to ring Nasdaq's closing bell on October 14, two days after its scheduled market debut. The ceremony would mark another step in bringing institutional XRP investment strategies into traditional equity markets.

Why Evernorth's 473 Million XRP Treasury Matters

Evernorth's substantial XRP holdings distinguish it from smaller public companies pursuing cryptocurrency treasury strategies. However, the October 12 listing does not mean the company will suddenly purchase another 473 million tokens.

Much of the treasury was acquired or contributed before the merger's completion. The listing instead introduces a publicly traded investment vehicle whose valuation will be closely connected to XRP's performance and the company's management strategy.

Unlike a passive XRP exchange-traded fund, Evernorth intends to increase XRP exposure per share through active treasury management, institutional financing and participation in blockchain-based financial infrastructure.

That approach fits the broader trend of corporate XRP treasuries, where companies use digital assets as more than simple balance-sheet investments.

What Happens When XRPN Starts Trading?

Evernorth's market debut will provide an early indication of investor demand for actively managed XRP exposure through traditional equities. Its shares could trade at a premium or discount to the value of the underlying XRP treasury, depending on investor expectations.

The company also faces execution risks associated with lending, liquidity provision and other yield-generating strategies. Those risks mean XRPN's performance may differ substantially from XRP's price movements.

For investors following Evernorth's XRP strategy, October 12 represents the transition from a proposed listing to a publicly traded company.
