Ripple's (@Ripple) $RLUSD stablecoin is now available on Inveo Kripto, a crypto asset platform in Türkiye. The platform has confirmed that the integration is complete and that its first RLUSD transaction has already been executed.

How Turkish users can access RLUSD

Retail users can reach the dollar-pegged token through Inveo Kripto's mobile app and website. Institutional clients can also access it through the platform's over-the-counter (OTC) services. U Today reported that retail investors can trade RLUSD on the mobile and web platforms, while institutional investors and other platforms can tap RLUSD liquidity through the OTC desk.

The launch is described as the first time RLUSD has gone live on a bank-custodied crypto asset platform in Türkiye. Crypto Economy said the integration was completed on Tuesday, October 20, with the first commercial transaction recorded in the Turkish market the same day.

Industry coverage has pointed to potential uses beyond trading, such as payments and digital asset settlement. However, Digital Today noted that sustained demand would be needed for those use cases to develop. Coin Edition similarly said wider adoption will depend on investor demand, trading liquidity and the platform's ability to attract new users.

What RLUSD is

RLUSD is a US dollar stablecoin issued by Standard Custody & Trust Company, a Ripple subsidiary operating under a New York trust charter. According to CoinDesk, the token is backed by dollar reserves and short-term US Treasuries. It is designed to fit into Ripple's wider payments and liquidity infrastructure.

Ripple has said RLUSD is issued under a New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) Limited Purpose Trust Company Charter. The company's own press release on its Abu Dhabi recognition also cites 1:1 USD backing by high-quality liquid assets, third-party attestation and clear redemption rights.

RLUSD is much smaller than the sector's largest tokens. CoinDesk noted when it passed $1 billion in market value that Tether's USDT and Circle's USDC were far larger. A Ripple transparency report cited by Eco listed about $2.51 billion of RLUSD in circulation as of October 1, 2026, against $2.63 billion in reserves.

The Inveo Kripto listing adds another distribution channel for Ripple outside its established crypto markets. Whether it translates into meaningful volume will depend on local demand and liquidity.
