During this week’s Dreamforce conference, Salesforce unveiled an ambitious fiscal 2030 annual revenue objective exceeding $63 billion. This projection surpasses the Street’s consensus forecast of $60.66 billion, based on data compiled by FactSet analysts.

The disclosure occurred during a dedicated investor and analyst presentation at Wednesday’s Dreamforce event. CEO Marc Benioff emphasized to participants: “Our relevance has never been higher.”

CRM shares currently trade at $250.54, registering a 2% decline for the session. The equity maintains a price-to-earnings ratio of 23.24 and a PEG ratio of 0.38, metrics that Stifel characterized as compelling given the company’s growth trajectory.

Stifel elevated its CRM price objective to $300 from $275 while maintaining its Buy recommendation. The investment firm noted that management highlighted unprecedented pipeline levels and voiced optimism that net new annual order value expansion will continue exceeding overall annual order value growth.

Salesforce’s Six-Pronged AI Revenue Strategy

Stifel identified six distinct revenue channels Salesforce intends to leverage: expanded core licensing, premium SKU enhancements, Agentforce and pre-built agent solutions, Data 360 offerings, Agent Fabric and Guardian products, and APIs, MCPs, contextual services and infrastructure capabilities.

These pathways represent the critical catalysts underpinning Salesforce’s medium-term expansion prospects, according to the firm. The company maintains a gross profit margin of 77%, alongside 11% revenue expansion over the trailing twelve-month period.

A central message at Dreamforce centered on the simplicity with which clients can construct customized applications, dashboards, and solutions anchored in Salesforce’s data ecosystem. Stifel observed the company’s embrace of interface transformation through AIforce.

Channel partner assessments indicated robust customer interest and significant adoption runway for these capabilities.

Analyst Community Response

Several Wall Street firms issued favorable assessments following the week’s disclosures. Oppenheimer maintained its Outperform rating with a $275 target, referencing the 11% compound annual growth rate embedded in the 2030 objective.

TD Cowen sustained its Buy rating and $300 target, emphasizing Salesforce’s concentration on AIforce and Slack platform integration. Cantor Fitzgerald reaffirmed an Overweight rating and $300 target, spotlighting new offerings including Headless 360 and Claudeforce.

Guggenheim lifted its price objective to $300 from $270, crediting Salesforce’s methodical approach to AI pricing strategy. DA Davidson boosted its target to $225 from $200 while maintaining a Neutral stance.

The extended-term revenue forecast arrives one month following Salesforce’s guidance increase, after delivering stronger-than-expected second-quarter earnings and revenue powered by robust demand for its AI and data solutions.

Benioff stated at Dreamforce: “Our ability to walk up to any customer now and to show them a piece of technology that can radically transform their company very, very rapidly is unprecedented.”

Management emphasized record-high pipeline metrics and encouraging partner feedback as critical indicators during the analyst day proceedings.
