Sinbad Network Roadmap: What Is Complete and What Comes Next?
Roadmaps are easy to write and hard to follow. What matters is which items are finished, which are underway and which are still only plans. The Sinbad Network roadmap lays this out in six phases, and the official page marks each one as complete, in progress or queued. This guide reads it phase by phase and shows what each stage means for users.
Key Takeaways
Two of six phases are complete, and Phase 3 is in progress in 2026.
The next stretch brings the P2P launch, wallet migrations, the NFT launch and governance, with Sinbadex following in 2027.
Phase 6 (2028 and later) holds the biggest ideas, and the whitepaper says dates and priorities can change.
A Quick Look at the Network
Sinbad is a community-driven, multi-chain Web3 project. The Sinbad Network ecosystem runs on BNB Chain and Base and mixes mobile mining, blockchain games, NFTs and a planned exchange. It began in 2021 as Sinbad Token and relaunched through Google Play in 2025. The company behind it is registered in the United States.
Three tokens sit inside the SNBD token ecosystem: SNBD and C-GEM on BNB Chain, and SSA on Base.

Phases 1 and 2: The Foundation Is Done
Phase 1 covered project creation, community building, infrastructure research and company setup. Phase 2 is where users saw results. The whitepaper dates these Sinbad Network development milestones by quarter:
2025 Q1–Q2: SNBD mobile mining activated.
2025 Q2–Q3: C-GEM introduced and dual mining launched.
2025 Q3: Base expansion, mobile games and the Google Play launch.
2025 Q4:Chest 2048 mini-app launched on Base.
Phase 3: What Is Happening Now
Phase 3 is called Verification and Growth. Two items already carry dates. KYC verification went live in 2026 Q1. Play-to-Earn mechanics and the token burn program with native burn() followed in 2026 Q2.
Still in progress are P2P development, Super App development and a stablecoin application. The project has applied to Coinbase’s Private Stablecoin Program. The application is under review, and acceptance is not guaranteed.
Of all the Sinbad Network project milestones so far, KYC matters most to users. It unlocks on-chain balance transfers, which are tied to the P2P launch.

Sinbad Network Upcoming Roadmap: Phases 4 and 5
Phase 4 (2026–2027) is the busiest stage.
P2P launch: a marketplace for verified users. The whitepaper mentions KYC-based access, user ratings, verified trader badges and reputation scoring as possible features.
Wallet migrations: the initial model is 5% for SNBD and 25% for C-GEM, and the ratios may be adjusted.
NFT launch: 12 characters and 1,500 to 2,000 NFTs in total. Holders get fee discounts on Sinbadex and P2P: 10% for Common, 20% for Rare and 30% for Special.
Governance and partners: Snapshot is expected to host voting, alongside partner integrations.
Phase 5 (2027) is about the exchange. Sinbadex is planned to mix a centralized exchange with KYC-verified P2P trading. BNB Chain and Base are integrated, Ethereum is planned, and the phase also lists liquidity expansion, security certifications and regulatory preparations.
SNBD is meant to be the exchange’s native utility asset. Possible uses include fee discounts, staking benefits, governance and premium services. The whitepaper says staking details will come later.
Why Governance Matters for C-GEM
This is the most interesting detail in the whole plan. C-GEM has a total supply of 70 million, and 65% sits in a locked reserve. That reserve can only be released through community governance proposals.
Voters may decide on liquidity, rewards, burns, extended locks or ecosystem development. Mining adds another limit: it is capped at 7 million C-GEM and ends for good once that amount is given out. So Phase 4’s governance activation decides how a large part of C-GEM supply is used.
Sinbad Network Future Development Plans: Phase 6
Phase 6 starts in 2028. It lists Corsair Legacy development, AI ecosystem expansion, full DAO transition, stablecoin initiatives and global partner growth.
Corsair Legacy: an action and strategy game set across the Mediterranean Sea, Indian Ocean and Red Sea, with NFT ownership.
AI: the planned Super App may include analytics tools, smart tasks and community support tools.
Content and discovery: SSA is meant to support creators and a Launch Arena for community-led project discovery.
More chains: Ethereum is planned, and Pi Network is under evaluation.
The Sinbad Network long-term vision is a Web3 super app. It would bring mining, gaming, NFTs, AI services, payments, P2P trading and exchange into one place.

How the Pieces Connect
Each stage feeds the next. KYC enables transfers, transfers pair with P2P, and P2P leads toward the exchange. The whitepaper says future integrations depend on growth, technical feasibility, community demand and market conditions.
Read the Roadmap With Care
The roadmap page promises no retroactive edits, yet the whitepaper reserves the right to modify roadmaps and priorities.
Stablecoin plans depend on an application that is still under review.
Pi Network and other chains are only under evaluation.
Queued phases are plans, not live products.
Final Thoughts
The Sinbad Network roadmap is clear about where it stands: two phases done, one underway and three queued. Watch the Phase 4 items first, since they come next. Check the official roadmap page and whitepaper for updates before you make any decision.
