Stripe has capitalized on its acquisition of crypto wallet infrastructure company Privy with an impressive collaboration launching FullSend, a new transaction routing system, alongside Solana‘s infrastructure provider, Jito Labs. This system aims to revolutionize the speed and reliability of transaction processes on the Solana blockchain, intended to enhance efficiency throughout the network.

What’s Different About FullSend?

The FullSend approach, which was quietly integrated into Privy wallets early this year, boasts a phenomenal performance metric, successfully incorporating 99.999% of initiated transactions. The system’s design routes transactions directly to current and forthcoming block producers on Solana through Jito Labs’ low-latency network, vital for timely transaction inclusion given Solana’s rapid block producer rotation.

Conventional methods rely on public or hosted RPC nodes to relay transactions, often leading to delays. FullSend forgoes these intermediaries by routing directly to block leaders, slashing latency to about 50 milliseconds, significantly faster than traditional pathways which often exceed 200 milliseconds.

How Does FullSend Simplify Development?

By eliminating the complexity surrounding priority fees, network incentives, and endpoint decisions, FullSend significantly eases the development process. The direct routing approach ensures efficient delivery to validators, maintaining standard priority fees and shielding against bots targeting pending transactions.

Privy’s leadership highlighted that FullSend is designed to ease the burden on developers, simplifying the process of balancing priority fees, added incentives, and connection management within the network.

Furthermore, FullSend enhances security by guarding against various MEV strategies like front-running and transaction manipulation. It delivers a robust layer of protection essential for the fast-paced Solana ecosystem, where speed and reliability are paramount.

Key benefits of FullSend include:

  • Accelerated transaction routing directly to block leaders.
  • Reduced transaction latency to approximately 50 milliseconds.
  • Improved security against MEV threats.
  • Simplified operations for developers.

This launch demonstrates Stripe’s expanding influence in crypto infrastructure, building on its acquisition of Privy in 2025 and previous collaborations like that with Alchemy. With its technology now powering numerous fintech and trading platforms, Privy is at the forefront of supporting massive transaction volumes. As Stripe pursues further blockchain developments, such as their stablecoin-centric Layer 1, Tempo, the synergy between Privy and Jito Labs in FullSend points to a transformative era for blockchain transactions.
