Interestingly, Ark Invest tracker observed that the company has been expanding its exposure to the stock. Data from Ark Invest ETFs noted that the Ark Innovation ETF acquired 92,352 CRCL shares worth over $5 million on Thursday.

These signs, combined with the fact that Circle price is now near historic lows, may be the ideal setup for a bounce back. Zooming out on the monthly chart also revealed something interesting about the price.

Circle Expands Territory To South Korea Through New Stablecoin Partnership
Circle has a strong stablecoin presence in the West, but the company now appears to be facing east as part of its global expansion strategy.
The company announced on Thursday that it has secured a partnership with Kakao Group to explore stablecoin opportunities in South Korea. According to the announcement, the two signed an MOU to roll out digital asset technologies and blockchain infrastructure in the country.

The collaboration will reportedly include efforts at launching a new stablecoin pegged to the South Korean Won. Circle also announced this week that it was working together with Toss and Toss Bank to explore stablecoin technology and blockchain infrastructure in South Korea.
These developments underscore Circle’s rapidly growing expansion outside the US and in some of the world’s key financial markets.
Circle (CRCL) has been winning in the public eye lately, largely courtesy of the fact that it is currently one of the biggest MiCA-compliant stablecoins. This regulatory advantage may also be fueling the hype around the Circle stock.
The regulatory stance may also play in the company’s favor once the CLARITY Act is passed. This too could provide rocket fuel for crypto stocks, including Circle.
