@Pwc_de, working alongside implementation partner @Tokenforge and debt management firm EOS Group, has deployed a blockchain-based settlement system on @StellarOrg that compresses a month-long securitization payout process into a single day.

From 30 Days to 24 Hours

Securitizations bundle pools of receivables, such as loans, leasing contracts, or mortgages, into a special purpose vehicle that then issues debt securities to investors. Cash flows are distributed according to a strict waterfall logic, a process that has traditionally relied on manual spreadsheet reconciliations through multiple intermediaries. That process used to take more than 30 days per cycle. It now runs in a single day, fully compliant with the EU Securitisation Regulation.

PwC Germany developed EOS Group's Automated Receivables Settlement, a blockchain-based infrastructure that maps the entire waterfall logic of a securitization into a smart contract and settles investor payouts near-instantly.Settlement runs on the Stellar blockchain, providing the speed and transparency that underpins the T+0 potential of the overall structure. The Stellar Development Foundation also provided a development grant supporting the build-out of the infrastructure.

MiCA-Compliant Stablecoin at the Core

Payments within the system are denominated in @AllUnityStable's EURAU stablecoin. The solution automates the calculation of investor allocations and settles in AllUnity's regulated EURAU stablecoin, which is MiCAR-compliant and fully auditable.

AllUnity was granted an E-Money Institution license by Germany's Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) on 1 July 2025, empowering it to issue Germany's first BaFin-licensed euro stablecoin, fully aligned with the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) framework.EURAU is fully backed 1:1 by euro reserves and issued under a multi-bank reserve model. The joint venture behind the stablecoin brings together DWS, Flow Traders, and Galaxy.

The deployment represents a concrete example of institutional blockchain adoption in European structured finance, with compliance built in from the ground up rather than bolted on as an afterthought. PwC's adoption signals that traditional finance institutions view Stellar as viable infrastructure for regulated payment flows.
