Google Play and the Solana dApp Store listings are submitted and in review. You do not have to wait for either. The signed release is available now from the project's GitHub releases page, and install takes three taps.

Describe an object, a prop or a scene and get a textured 3D model back, ready to download as glTF. The generation lane is free, with no key and no account.
A single frontal photo becomes a rigged, animation-ready avatar in about a minute. Two optional side angles sharpen the likeness, and live quality gates warn about lighting, framing or focus before the wait starts, not after.

When a creator wants to own an agent, one tap deploys it on Solana as a Metaplex Core asset held in their own wallet. Signing runs through Mobile Wallet Adapter, inside the wallet app the user already trusts; three.ws never sees a private key or a seed phrase. On a Solana Seeker phone the signature happens inside the phone's own secure element.
Creating, chatting and browsing never touch a chain. That order is deliberate. The app is a Trusted Web Activity: the real three.ws running full screen with no address bar, and three.ws links open in the app instead of the browser. The signing certificate is published at three.ws/.well-known/assetlinks.json and Android verifies it on install; if the two disagree, the app is not ours.
The Android packaging, the Mobile Wallet Adapter integration and the whole release pipeline are open source under Apache 2.0 at github.com/nirholas/three.ws/tree/main/solana-mobile.
