Major Crypto Token Releases Between Aug 03 and Aug 09

Every week, several crypto projects release a fresh batch of tokens into the open market.

These scheduled releases are called unlocks, and they matter because newly released tokens hitting the market can shift price action, especially when the amount released is large relative to trading volume. Major Crypto Token Releases Between Aug 03 and Aug 09

This roundup of Token Vesting This Week covers the seven biggest unlock events between August 3 and August 9: what each project is releasing, how much it is worth, and how it is performing in the market.

What These Token Unlocks Mean for Investors

Token Unlocks This Week span a wide range, from ADI's large-scale release to Aster's modest staking distribution, and that spread matters more than the headline dollar figures.

A large unlock does not automatically mean a price drop. What tends to move markets is who receives the tokens.

Team and early investor allocations, like the ones seen in Jito Labs and Keeta this week, carry more sell-side risk than staking rewards or ecosystem grants, since insiders are often free to exit once their tokens vest.

Liquidity also matters. Solana's unlock is tiny relative to its daily trading volume, so the markets can likely absorb it. Smaller-cap tokens such as IOTA and Keeta have thinner order books, so even modest unlocks can create short-term volatility.

None of this is a signal to buy or sell. It is simply supply data, and that is only one part of the price equation alongside demand and sentiment.

Final Thoughts

This week's Token Unlocks This Week lineup shows how differently projects structure release schedules, from ADI's two-bucket unlock to Keeta's four-way split.

Tracking these events helps put price moves into context, but they should never replace independent research.

Always verify the latest schedule directly from a project's official channels, since allocation plans can shift after announcement.
