A public transfer and the activity inside a casino account are separate events, even when they occur seconds apart.

A Casino Deposit Produces More Than One Record
Once a transfer reaches the receiving address, two records begin to diverge. The blockchain can show the asset, amount, time, sending address, and receiving address, subject to network-specific data. It cannot show which casino account should receive the credit or whether that balance has already changed. The operator must associate the deposit with an internal account and apply its own confirmation rules before the funds appear in the player’s available balance.
