4Stock is a new tokenized stock product from Fourmeme that lets users bring popular US stocks onto BNB Chain even before those stocks have an official bStock version, with each 4Stock backed 1:1 by the real underlying share.
Fourmeme launched the product on September 8, 2026, extending its existing bStocks and Stock Memes system with a faster, community-driven way to get new equities on-chain.
4Stock is described by Fourmeme as a pre-bStock tokenized stock product. It focuses on popular US stocks that do not yet have a corresponding bStock, giving those assets an earlier path onto BNB Chain.
Each 4Stock is backed 1:1 by its underlying share. When someone applies to mint 4Stock, Fourmeme uses the submitted funds to buy the real stock through a managed account, then mints 4Stock based on the exact amount purchased and held. The flow is as follows: underlying stock, then 1:1 asset backing, then 4Stock on BNB Chain.
To understand 4Stock, it helps to know the two products it builds on.
bStocks are tokenized US equities already live on BNB Chain, each backed 1:1 by a real share held with a custodian and issued as a BEP-20 token. Fourmeme integrated bStocks on July 31, 2026, starting with NVDAb, a tokenized version of NVIDIA stock.
Stock Memes are memecoins that use a tokenized stock as their trading pair instead of BNB. Before 4Stock, a Stock Meme could only launch around a stock that already had a bStock. 4Stock removes that bottleneck by letting a trending stock get tokenized first, so a memecoin community does not have to wait for an official bStock listing before building around it.
Minting currently runs through a three-step, application-based process rather than instant, automated conversion.
Because stock prices move continuously, the final amount of 4Stock received can differ slightly from the initial estimate. Fourmeme says an automated minting system is coming, which would remove the manual, batch-based processing.
A redemption mechanism is planned but not live yet. Once available, redemptions will run on the same 24-hour cycle as minting, with a 10,000 USDC minimum and no redemption fee.
When a holder redeems, Fourmeme sells the corresponding underlying stock at the market price and returns USDC. If a matching bStock later launches, 4Stock can also convert into it at a 1:1 rate.
Anyone can apply to become the initial participant for a stock that doesn't have a 4Stock yet. The initial issuance requires 500,000 USDC in total.
Once approved, 250,000 USDC buys the underlying stock and mints the matching 4Stock, while the remaining 250,000 USDC pairs with that 4Stock to seed its first onchain liquidity pool. In return, the initial applicant earns 50 percent of internal trading fees from Stock Memes built on that asset, plus 50 percent of the yield generated by the initial liquidity pool.
4Stock arrives roughly six weeks after bStocks went live with NVDAb, a period that already saw Stock Memes projects like $JACKET launch around tokenized NVIDIA exposure, and platforms such as Ave(.)ai run trading campaigns tied to bStocks and Stock Memes on BNB Chain. 4Stock extends that same on-chain equity trend to stocks that have not been tokenized yet.
The launch has not been quiet. Within about 5 hours of going live on BSC on September 8, 2026, 4Stock's onchain price surged more than 1,980 percent, according to GeckoTerminal data reported by PANews. Its circulating market cap peaked above $70 million and sat near $67 million shortly after, with 24-hour trading volume of $45.46 million against pool liquidity of only $1.65 million. At least one large wallet added millions of dollars worth of 4Stock on top of earlier purchases the same day.
4Stock's mint price is fixed 1:1 to the underlying stock at the time of purchase, but once it is minted and freely traded on a BSC liquidity pool, its market price can move independently of that peg, especially in the first hours after launch when the pool is thin. A token backed 1:1 by a real share does not guarantee its onchain trading price will track that share closely if demand outpaces available liquidity.
4Stock gives Fourmeme a way to bring popular, not-yet-tokenized US stocks onto BNB Chain through a 1:1 backed, application-based minting process, with redemption and automated minting still to come. It plugs directly into the existing bStocks and Stock Memes system, letting trending equities reach onchain markets and memecoin communities without waiting for an official bStock listing. Its first hours of trading showed a wide gap between mint price and open-market price, a reminder that 1:1 backing at mint does not by itself keep a thinly traded token's price anchored to its underlying asset. As with any process that involves sending funds to a deposit address, users should confirm wallet details through Fourmeme's official channels before minting.
