Moving beyond the traditional view of crypto as a minor portfolio allocation, he now regards digital assets as positioned to reshape the entire investment landscape.
Digital Asset Investor described his personal transformation in how he perceives cryptocurrencies. Initially, like many investors, he viewed digital assets as a new asset class, expecting financial advisors to recommend allocations of just 1% to 5% within diversified portfolios. However, he has since abandoned this approach, asserting that digital assets will not simply coexist with other asset classes but could ultimately absorb them.
He characterized this phenomenon as a fundamental shift, with digital assets potentially “swallowing” all traditional asset classes and removing former limitations on growth and size.
He maintained that many investors may not fully grasp the scale of the opportunity within digital assets, and referenced the possibility of the sector enveloping much of the traditional financial system.
Leveraging global figures, Digital Asset Investor compared XRP’s $92 billion market capitalization to the estimated $17.5 trillion value of gold and $395 trillion value of global real estate, implying that the digital asset market could one day rival these figures in scale.
Within this broader narrative, Digital Asset Investor ranked XRP above all other digital tokens, including Bitcoin. He suggested that as digital asset markets mature, only around 10 to 30 digital commodities will emerge as primary conduits for liquidity, with XRP holding a leading role.
