The fund began operations on Jan. 30, 2026, trades on Nasdaq under ticker XXX, and combines roughly 75% exposure to the S&P 500 with 25% exposure to XRP. Cyber Hornet’s official SEC prospectus says the fund seeks to replicate the S&P 500 and S&P XRP 75/25 Blend Index and can invest directly in XRP through a Cayman subsidiary.
So this is not simply another proposed crypto ETF waiting for approval.
It is an operating fund that puts XRP directly beside the largest U.S. stocks inside one portfolio.
The Fund Is 75% S&P 500 and 25% XRP
The structure is unusually simple.
Under normal conditions, the ETF keeps approximately 75% of assets in S&P 500 stocks and targets about 25% economic exposure to XRP. S&P Dow Jones Indices maintains the underlying blend index and rebalances it monthly.
That means an investor buying XXX is effectively purchasing a portfolio combining companies such as Nvidia, Microsoft, Apple and Amazon with a sizeable XRP allocation.
XRP Is Becoming Part of Broader Portfolio Construction
The Cyber Hornet product goes one step further by mixing XRP with the S&P 500 itself.
S&P Dow Jones Indices also lists the Cyber Hornet fund as an index-linked product tied to its official S&P 500 and S&P XRP Reference Price 75/25 Blend Index.
The fund is still small. Cyber Hornet reported only about $540,000 in net assets as of Sept. 9, so this is not yet evidence of massive institutional demand.
