American XRP ETFs continue to attract capital. After thirteen consecutive weeks of positive inflows, these funds are approaching $1.8 billion in cumulative net inflows. Meanwhile, Ripple is multiplying initiatives with two new agreements in international brokerage and South Korea. However, the XRP price remains under pressure.

In Brief

  • American XRP ETFs total approximately $1.803 billion in net inflows after thirteen consecutive weeks of inflows.
  • Their net assets reach $1.509 billion, which is $294 million less than the amount invested.
  • On October 14, Ripple announced two partnerships: one with DriveWealth around the stablecoin RLUSD, and the other with Meritz Securities in South Korea.

Thirteen Weeks of Inflows, but an Irregular Pace

On October 14, the five American XRP ETFs recorded $740,400 in net inflows. Bitwise accounted for the entire inflow, bringing its cumulative inflows to approximately $688 million. Overall, the funds now show nearly $1.803 billion in positive net flows, as confirmed by XRP ETF tracking.

This dynamic contrasts with that of Bitcoin ETFs, whose inflows have sharply slowed in early October. According to SoSoValue data, XRP funds thus continue their thirteen-week positive streak, despite a less favorable market.

Why XRP Decreases Despite Capital Inflows

Investments in ETFs are not enough to support the price. XRP trades around $1.32, down 7% over seven days. After hovering near $1.42 on October 12, the token retreated following the release of higher-than-expected U.S. inflation figures.

Another figure draws attention: ETFs have $1.803 billion in net inflows, but their assets are only worth $1.509 billion. This $294 million gap illustrates the effect of XRP’s decline on the value of investments.

Moreover, the token is losing ground in the market. Its share of the total crypto market capitalization has fallen from about 5% to nearly 3% in fifteen months. This trend highlights its relative decline compared to other digital assets.

Ripple Multiplies Partnerships Without Rushing Launches

Meanwhile, Ripple continues its institutional development. On October 14, the company announced a partnership with DriveWealth, a brokerage infrastructure provider supporting over a hundred partners.

The two companies plan to integrate RLUSD, Ripple’s dollar-backed stablecoin, on the XRP ledger to facilitate transaction settlement, starting with Europe. They are also exploring cross-border payments and asset custody. However, they have not announced any launch date or volume target.

In South Korea, Ripple also concluded an agreement with Meritz Securities. This broker becomes its first local partner in this sector. The two companies will study custody and tokenization solutions adapted to South Korea’s regulatory framework, as Seoul prepares a first phase of regulated securitization by February 2027.

These announcements extend an already busy news cycle, notably marked by Evernorth’s Nasdaq debut on October 12. Will investments in ETFs and Ripple’s advances ultimately support the XRP price sustainably?
